The tech kept in contact about when he’d arrive. He was professional, informative and efficient. I am completely satisfied with the service and company. Many thanks.

Didn’t honor free diagnostic. Replaced thermal couple but didn’t fix the issue. Charged us for not fixing the issue. Came back a second time to change gas control valve. Charged us for the second time without a credit for the first time. Not sure why we would have to pay for the diagnostic trip that didn’t fix the issue. Happy to delete the comment with a refund for the diagnostic trip. Seems like we paid twice
