Didn’t honor free diagnostic. Replaced thermal couple but didn’t fix the issue. Charged us for not fixing the issue. Came back a second time to change gas control valve. Charged us for the second time without a credit for the first time. Not sure why we would have to pay for the diagnostic trip that didn’t fix the issue. Happy to delete the comment with a refund for the diagnostic trip. Seems like we paid twice

I had to have my two tankless water heaters serviced and they came right out and Jordan the service tech was timely and professional. He found a leak on the condensation line on one of the units and I was concerned here goes my super service deal right out the window what’s this gonna cost . To my surprise It was only an extra $25 to fix the leak. I thought their pricing was very fair. I would use them again.

Discovered my sewer was clogged this morning and decided to call Simba instead of my usual plumber, as Simba gets great reviews. Not disappointed at all, Jessica in the office professionally and efficiently organized Travis and Matt, who were just finishing another job, to schedule me immediately. Within a couple hours, they had the job finished, scoped and were on their way. Great crew, fair price, I would highly recommend!

We had some problems with drainage in our kitchen. The receptionist sent Travis out right away and he explained the issue and how to resolve it. He showed me the drains on camera afterwards and everything is working correctly. The price was excellent and the job was done efficiently and. We will use Simba for our future plumbing matters

My kitchen sink was totally backed up and not flowing. I called Simba, and in 2 hours Travis was out here and solve the problem. He did a great job, and the sink is freely flowing again. He also clearly explained all he was doing. and made very good suggestions. I have used Simba Plumbing many times over the years and they have always been very responsive and fair priced. I highly recommend them.
