I'm extremely happy and impressed with Smith Plumbing! Rob did a great job replacing my hot water heater as well as being professional and friendly. He was on time, went out of his way to match my schedule, did a great installation and left everything cleaner than it was before he arrived. Their prices are very fair and comprable to other plumbers. They are the ONLY plumbing company out of four I called that answered their phone (!) and that person was friendly and professional as well. I will be using Smith Plumbing from now on.

He did a phenomenal job not only fixing the issue but providing a creative solution for the area moving forward to eliminate future issues. Garron definitely went above and beyond in every way. He demonstrated kindness and consideration for our family needs and went out of his way to ensure the repair was completely resolved, testing and retesting to ensure a proper repair. He took extra steps to ensure the repair was completed safely and took additional steps to ensure not only that there was no fire hazard, but also that all the remnants of the repair were picked up so that the animals would not inadvertently eat them. Not only was this repair completed in an impressive manner, the fact that he took the time to go above and beyond to find a creative resolution was remarkable. It is rare to come across someone who combines such professionalism and genuine customer care for the people they are helping.
