Yikes. Unsure HOW Snyder's has good reviews. Dave Snyder/the company cost us over $30K. They incorrectly installed an AC unit in 2021. Every summer since we have had MOLD. They oversized the unit (AKA did not take measurements to ensure accuracy) and they cut a hole into the ductwork (I think it's called a cheat grate) which caused incredible static pressure issues. So a $8,670 unit/install in 2021 had to be pitched in 2025. Terrible. What's more, when I raised my concerns I was completely dismissed in 2021 (I have documentation). And after copious dollars spent to try to fix the issue (from credible companies) the answer was to strip the unit and do it correctly. Mold issues, static pressure issues, condensation, etc. Just a train wreck. No issues now that we had it replaced and it's not oversized (used a different company, obviously). I should also mention they were clueless about our complicated radiant heat system. We burned a ton of cash trying to fix it with Snyder's and then had to hire a credible company to get it right. Lit (a lot of) money on fire. RUN AWAY! (Photo is of one vent -- ALL vents had mold. I had to get my soft duct replaced too. INCREDIBLY UPSETTING.)

Last night around 9pm out of nowhere my kitchen sink decided to throw up water from the drain and flood my entire tiny kitchen and then some. Well, it snowed all that day the roads were awful and it was night time and freezing so no one was going to come out. I was panicked and called my neighbor upstairs who has mentioned on occasion that he has a brother who is a plumber and his name is David Snyder. My neighbor called his brother got him on FaceTime he took a look at what was going on in my kitchen gave me some simple instructions and the problem was fixed. I wish I'd have known David the last THREE times this has happened! Because no other plumber was able to fix this so easily. Anyway, thank you, thank you, thank you David Snyder!
