We bought a 1930s home that Josh renovated, and we love it! He kept the original charm, like the beautiful stone and fireplace, but updated everything else: flooring, plumbing, siding, carpentry, bathrooms, kitchen, wiring, windows, roof and dual AC. I was pregnant at the time, and he made sure we were comfortable and settled before the baby came. He’s responsive, caring, and truly stands behind his work. We love our new home and our kids do too! Highly recommend!

Mark and Jay met with me, carefully went over all my maintenance needs and readily suggested excellent solutions. I was given straight forward answers and both guys worked hard to get the job done. Replaced older water heater for a big, bold and beautiful Bradford White 40 gallon gas tank. They had to maneuver up and down a narrow and deep plight of stairs to fit it in snuggly into a very tight space. No easy task! Out of nowhere, a major emergency issue came up that was tackled and resolved immediately. As a homeowner, I highly recommend Solution Based Plumbing!
