Chandlyr was great! They got us scheduled for the next day when we called but then texted us to say they had a slot open up the same day and he came right over and got us taken care of quickly. We were also able to save some money with a coupon they had posted on their website. We’ll definitely call them any time we have a plumbing issue!

Called in Friday afternoon @ 2pm thinking I'll have to make a appointment and wait over the weekend to have my water heater replaced. By 5 pm they were done installing a new water heater. Now that's service, these guys were great and fair price. I highly recommend 👌

These guys are awesome. We’ve had a couple people come help us. The last guy Sateki, was fast fixed the problem quick and was great to work with. The owner has been super nice too. I highly recommend.

We had our water heater serviced. Setaki was great to work with and wonderfully communicative. The service was just inside the 6 year warranty period. So it covered the gas valve, and we had him replace the expansion tank while he was there. Another code popped up yesterday evening, so he came back out today and under warranty replaced the pilot light, a sensor and the thermal couple. They have communicated with Rheem and determined that if there should be further problems, the company will provide at no charge a new water heater, including labor. My experience shows why my cousin referred me to this company and why they have a five star rating! They are intent on the customer having a satisfactory experience.
