Had the pleasure of having two outstanding technicians, Michael J. and Pat, service my home recently—and I couldn’t be more impressed. This isn’t the first time I’ve used this company, but this visit truly stood out in the best way possible. From the moment they arrived, both technicians were professional, courteous, and transparent. They clearly identified themselves, explained the process every step of the way, and made sure I was informed throughout the entire service. Their communication gave me total peace of mind. The installation was completed efficiently, with minimal disruption to my day, and the final result exceeded my expectations. My updated bathroom looks amazing, and the attention to detail was top-notch. I’m truly grateful for the care and professionalism shown during this visit. We've been calling Stahl for all our plumbing needs since moving into our new home about three years ago. They even did an inspection of the home before we purchased with great advice. They always send knowledgeble technicians who work quickly, cleanly and give us the best value for their time and parts. we had to get a new boiler in home . Stahl plumbing came thru and just completed the job. Corey and JT did a fantastic job. Very professional, knowledgeable! Corey took the time before he left to explain what they did, reviewed the external and internal workings of the boilers and the functionality of the shut off valves and other components of the new system. would highly recommend Stahl and Corey and JT!!!

Stahl has done a TON of work at my current house as well as my previous house. They’ve always been professional, respectful, and kind. They’ve done major things like replacing our cast iron stack and jackhammering our basement floor, to smaller things like fixing small leaks. We’ve interacted with over 10 people on their staff, including their master plumber. Today, Mike Johnson came out to help us with a water heater issue, and he was transparent and gave us good options. We will be calling again, I’m sure!

Stahl sent someone out to fix a leaking toilet in our basement. A month later, we received a $500 water bill. Typically our water bill is a little over $100. After confirming with the water authority that our water usage was still abnormally high, we did a dye test on our basement toilet, revealing it was still leaking. We called Stahl to have someone come out and fix it. Although we already paid them for the service to fix it from the first time, they stated that they would charge us again to fix the flap, even though they were responsible for not fixing it the first time. The plumber was generally nice, but $600 later, we cannot recommend Stahl to others seeking a reliable or reasonable business.

Quinton and Pete did a good job replacing a water heater. Quinton was knowledgeable and personable. However I unfortunately found out afterward, I was greatly overcharged for the service. Also the company would not provide me with an itemized bill after repeated attempts to obtain one. I had been satisfied with Stahl's services in the past so this was unexpected. Next time I will shop around, compare, and get the best price and service for my money before automatically choosing Stahl again.

I purchased a Rheem Hot Water Heater from Stahl P, H & Air a year ago. Was having a problem with it. The hot water would turn warm after about 10 minutes. I called Stahl and spoke with Scott (service manager) who was very professional at his position. A long story short. He called me to tell me that Stahl was going to replace the hot water heater today if possible. The hot water tank was replaced by 2 technicians, Mr. Tyree T. and Mr. Maurice J. These 2 men were outstanding in their profession. Kind, Knowledgeable and very easy to speak with. Stahl is an outstanding company, and I would recommend them to anyone needing service. Amazing service from Mike. He was so helpful and kind and spent the time over the phone helping me troubleshoot an issue with our disposal. They were incredibly timely, getting back to me within a half an hour on a Friday evening as well. They are my new plumbers.
