I wanna share my experience with strong-built plumbing Air! We called multiple companies and no one could come out same day until we got a hold of strongbuilt Dispatcher! She was able to schedule a technician same day, which was very exciting for me and my family because we have a three month old baby. When calling other contractors, I got nervous being a new parent and having a baby if we were going to be able to get our house, heated up as the temperatures were dropping outside as they scheduled for the technician to come out he was on time, prompt and professional. He went through our older system gave me options on repair and did not push a new system due to the age which is 20+ years old I am greatly thankful that I was able to give them a call and they earned my trust for life. I will continue to be on their membership maintenance plan where they come out every six months to assure the peace of mine for me and my family I would highly recommend them for everyone that’s looking for quality work a quality company and great price.

my AC/FURNACE Unit died one day last week . Strongbuilt came out that morning and examined the machine , being a 14 yr old machine it was no longer worth trying to fix it , Jeff the project manager came out later that day to discuss different machines , different prices ect . 2 days later Hiram , and Anthony came out and within 4 hrs the brand new machine was up and running they even did some fancy skirting with sheet metal to prevent animals from getting under the house. photos to follow

I can't say enough good things about the work Anthony did installing my new ceiling lights. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and clearly an expert at his craft. He completed the job efficiently, and the end result is absolutely perfect—the lights look amazing and are exactly what I wanted. Strongbuilt came and put in AC at my home replacing the old evap cooler. The process started on Aug 11 and it’s still not complete. Several issues we’ve encountered. They are sloppy leaving trash all over my yard and not covering items in the house when cutting dry wall so all my stuff is covered in white dust. There was a handful of screws left all over my driveway. They took out the old breaker box when they were supposed to just add a sub box. Left the stucco all cracked and some parts not sealed. Several parts of the project I had to tell them about because they didn’t know they had to do that. Like remove the furnace or move a light fixture where the vent was installed. The whole process has been half done in my opinion and very messy. Wouldn’t recommend these guys for any project. Still have to have electrical and duct cleaning and it’s two weeks since we started. So we’ll see what else happens. For what I paid I feel the work was poorly done no attention to details

We recently had a drain cleared by Abel with Strong built and he was fantastic. Last weekend we noticed our driveway was getting wet but had no rain. We feared the worst. We reached out to the weekend number Abel provided us and Jeff was able to come to our home on a Sunday to look and give us an estimate on what was wrong and the repair needed. Our main water line had a lead so we had to shut off the water and Jeff was able to get a team member scheduled for the next day to come and do the repair. My boyfriend had dug to find the water and exposed a previous repair done with PVC and that was what had been leaking. It was a much easier and less expensive repair. The next day Robert came to do the repair. Jeff and Robert were great, they were very nice and very knowledgeable. Had great things to say about the company and their peers. Thank you to Abel, Jeff and Robert for getting us back in order. I will continue to recommend them for any plumbing needs.

WARNING : After running a 75 ft. cleaning snake through my drain the 1st technician said they would have to have a camera run through the drain. A few days later Christopher Gonzales came in and ran another cleaning snake through the 75 ft. length, Then his camera. He told me my pipes were bad. It is an old 1955 home. They sent me a proposal with the 1st thing was as Hydro Scrub ( Pressure wash machine 1000-400psi) for $646.00 Second thing was drain repair inside home through flooring / floor joist and breakout concrete to expose iron drain pipes. $2673.00 PROBLEM IS they came in w/o the Hydro Scub machine and just tore up my floors to get to the pipes. Turns out my 3" drain pipe was just clogged not rusted / damaged or otherwise bad. If they would have Hydro flushed 1st they would never have had to tear up my floors and spend all day replacing pipes that were good. I did complain to Chris the next day and we talked about returning $1600.00 to me He said he's have to talk to another guy . Long story short They have been avoiding me , won't return calls like I was promised that the Plumbing manager would call me. Been 3 weeks now. Strongbuilt Plumbing is a Rip off . Never do business with them again and always get a 2nd opinion!! I will be filing a claim in Pima County small claims court. Plus it cost me another $1500.00 to repair my floors they tore up. 4-20-26 UPDATE: THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST I"VE EVER SEEN!! Told me numerous times over the past month someone would get back with me. Not a word , not a call ! Horrible customer service. BEWARE they do work that did not need to be done and RIP YOU OFF!!!

Called your competitor and they failed to deliver. Strongbuilt was the second company to get called. You did great. I never had to contact a plumber before. And wasn't sure what to expect. Your technician Paul was punctual, informative, and honest. Thank you for coming out on a Sunday to fix my grandmother's issue with her kitchen sink. I will definitely recommend you and your team to whoever I come across. The price was shockingly reasonable of $29.00, my grandmother chose the upgraded option. Please give Paul a big shout out for doing a great job!

My father had a back up in his laundry room and I was able to schedule and request Abel to come and do the repair for him as he had done a repair at my home. He was great. The company was very communicative up until his arrival. Abel provided two different estimates for us as we needed a larger repair job then what we were expecting that day. He is scheduled to come back for the repair. I will recommend them time and again, great service, reasonable prices and honest work.

I purchased a new unit with this company. It was not cheap I spent thousands of dollars on a new unit for my parents. It was installed and things were good. Then we began to have a issues with it and was so hard to get them to listen to what was wrong. The new thermostat they put in was malfunctioning and sent out a a technician to tell my parents they would need to reset it every time they wanted it to auto turn on and off. The thermostat should have been replaced at that point. I read the reviews prior to selecting who to go with and thought I had made a good choice based off the reviews. Boy was I wrong, we have had nothing but bad customer service and rude responses when trying to get anything fixed. We spend the money and I guess that is all that mattered as they were very pleasant when I purchased it but not after the install. It has been a bad experience. The last technician was pleasant and helpful checked the unit and said he would be ordering a replacement part for the unit and would be out to install once the part came in to give it a few weeks. That came and went and when we called to inquire no one knew a thing about a replacement part. So here we go again trying to get another issue resolved to no avail. Then the scheduler who spoke to my parents sent a text to the technician, but instead sent it to my parents and lets just say it was upsetting as it was mocking the frustration my parents were feeling. So sad the service has been atrocious to say the least.
