My name is Howard and I am the tenant. Rick Hobbs is the the one who came to fix the problem and got it done. Then he came back the next day to make a correction on the the fix because he was not happy with it because that's was all he had on the truck. Rick Hobbs A+.

We recently had our HVAC system serviced by another company, they told us practically everything was wrong with our unit, tried to sell us a bunch of stuff, felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. Had Struse (Nathaniel) come out and do the same service review, he found none of the issues the other company sited were true. He saved us a fortune, explained everything thoroughly, took his time. He later came back to check our plumbing and even fixed a faucet that we thought we would need to replace. He is the BEST. We also have had Struse replace our leaking hot water heater and that was done most professionally. I cannot find the words to thank Struse for all they have done for us. I do highly recommend anyone who needs HVAC, plumbing etc to contact Struse plumbing. Thank you all.

Nate and Pat showed up to my house. I had my mother‘s house scheduled as well. Neat professional friendly treated the dogs well. Explained everything but not too much. Checked all systems and a bunch of extra work that no other HVAC Company ever did before. Not the cheapest, but not even close to the most expensive. And I’ve been in this town since 1979. I would highly recommend Struse Plumbing and air! Now a loyal customer!
