Ron Sorensen did a very professional job installing new efficient toilets. Was very pleasant and the only reason I did the job with Sunstate plumbing. Communications very difficult, because I am deaf. And they do not respond well to text and email only. Would use Ron anytime for work just be prepared for communication problems if you are hearing impaired.

Mike and Ron both came out to assess my situation of a broken water heater. They were very nice to deal with, explaining every detail of changing from gas to electric. Mike came out a few days later and replaced the heater in a quick and efficient manner. We discussed future issues as I know I’ll be using them again. Would definitely recommend!

Our tankless water heater had leaks on the heat exchanger which was under warranty. One company told us that we needed to replace the entire water heater with a new one because it would be difficult to get a warranty replacement of the heat exchanger and it might not fix the problem anyway. Ron at Sunstate did not try to upsell us on a whole new unit, got a replacement heat exchanger quickly, and fixed the problem saving us thousands $$$. It’s nice to work with a company that is honest, prompt, and cares enough to help even though they are not making a big sale.
