We have been using Adam and Tankless Industries for about 10 years and have been happy every time they have done work for us. Whether it was replacing our units, fixing some other plumbing fittings, adding a neutralizer tank, or yearly service, they are always on time and professional. Today James called ahead to let me know he was able to come a little earlier than our scheduled appointment, which worked out well, and he was thorough in showing me the condition of the unit and what he was doing. James was professional, clean, and worked efficiently.

Last year at this date (Feb 9, 2021) Tankless Industries LLC completed the installation of a gas-fired Rinnai combination unit to replace my old OIL summer-winter unit that was loud (very loud), costly and smelled like the oil it used to produce the hot water. They also installed a gas connection to our newly-purchased gas washer and dryer. Now we have one amazingly super-quiet system that supplies an endless amount of our domestic hot water as well as a providing hot water for our baseboard heating. The installation was beautiful (look at the photos), competed on time with a dedication to doing things the right way the first time. No cutting corners with this company. They REALLY know what they are doing and do it with precision. Today (Feb 9, 2022) they returned for a yearly unit maintenance of the system. Not only did they perform the requirements for the maintenance, but they went over their initial installation - all of the connections, pipe braces, etc. It's very rare that I would use the terms - COMPLETE CONFIDENCE and SATISFACTION in a company unless they have gained them from a very particular customer - me. I recommend this company to all those I know who are looking to do the same type of work that I had done. They have an incredible personality and degree of professionalism and amazing knowledge of their craft. They have earned an A+ from me. I expect that, if you hire them, your grade will be the same.

Fantastic experience with tankless industries and the install of my new rinnai tankless water heater. Adam promptly returned my calls and came out same day to walk through my options and pricing. Mike did a fantastic job on the complicated install which included new venting, new gas line, new electric outlet, install of the new heater, removal of the old tanked heater, and rerouting some hvac venting to ensure proper clearance. Both Adam and Mike were super knowledgeable in the industry and ensured the job was completed correctly and cleanly. They left my basement cleaner than when they arrived. No hesitation recommending them to others in need of a water heater or other water conditioning product.
