We have been using Adam and Tankless Industries for about 10 years and have been happy every time they have done work for us. Whether it was replacing our units, fixing some other plumbing fittings, adding a neutralizer tank, or yearly service, they are always on time and professional. Today James called ahead to let me know he was able to come a little earlier than our scheduled appointment, which worked out well, and he was thorough in showing me the condition of the unit and what he was doing.
