Israel from Taz Plumbing was outstanding, professional, honest, and easy to work with. He’s also bilingual, which made communication even smoother. I normally don’t leave reviews, but after calling for a second opinion through American Home Shield, I felt I needed to. Another competitor had tried to overcharge me for unnecessary work, but Israel quickly confirmed my home was already built to code and all that was needed was a simple PRV valve swap. No upselling, no nonsense, just honesty and quality service. Thank you, Israel, and Taz Plumbing, for doing the right thing!

What started as a pipe burst and my ceiling falling in and my warranty company sending Taz plumbing out to fix it turned into a another issue a week later to a complete flood in my house 2 days later to no fault of theirs! The owner not only responded personally but jumped into action to help me get my house repiped in 2 days! His crew is absolutely amazing the one I mostly dealt with Luis was so polite and understanding I can never thank them enough for getting my house back to proper condition and running water!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Israel from Taz Plumbing did an excellent job for us. He fixed a leak in our kitchen and replaced a shower cartridge, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, and showed up on time, which I really appreciated. The work was done right and explained clearly. I had a leak under bathroom sink. The tail pipe had pulled away from the sink. I have a home warranty plan so I called them to report the issue. They stared a work order and assigned Taz plumbing. Plans were made for technician to come out. The technician came late in the day. He assessed the problem. He said I needed a new stopper. I told him I would like the pop up assembly as I had those in the past. He left then came back with the part. He finished the job. He muttered “I would be called for payment “. Days later I realized the sink was still leaking. I struggled to contact my warranty company to get a recheck of the service because it was still leaking and now there was a new problem with the faucet, hot water side. It was very tight & had not been like that before the first technician visit. Taz plumbing was sent out again & I was told the pop up assembly just needed to be adjusted & He did that. No more leak. I told him about the hot water faucet being tight & he said it was the cartridge & I would need to have it replaced. Again it was working before they ever came. The technician said he would need to find parts for the faucet I had. This could take some time. Taz plumbing sent me a text bill of $100. My service fee thru my home warranty plan was $90 for the first visit that I knew I was responsible for. Taz plumbing did not follow protocol & give a diagnosis of the stopper problem. They just replaced the stopper, and I feel caused more damage by tightening the faucet to tight, & has now left me with an out of pocket expense. They claim I owe $460.00. I have an invoice for $335.00. Not good company policy.

Home warranty workorder for our waterheater was referred to TAZ, the technician that arrived did absolutely nothing productive to fix the problem. Instead of heeding the complaint of the pilot light not remaining lit he claimed, "I'm not allowed to work on pilot lights". Then proceeded to take a picture of our waterheater and stated he needed to put in an order for the gasline valve (nothing is wrong with the valve). After a couple days I went ahead and got a new thermocouple and after fixing it up MYSELF, I'm physically disabled and only have mechanical assembly experience, was able to get the pilot light and waterheater up and running again. Thankfully American Home Shield is granting my family a refund because services were mediocre at best and a waste of time and money. If you have issues with your waterheater you'd be better off fixing yourself, like myself.

We have american home shield. Anytime you have an issue that's covered by your plan , it's never the same company use to service your appliances. I only remember the memory of the person being awesome , but way before I started posting reviews. Well this time I was assigned TAZ Plumbing for our service call. Professional from the first interaction. My wife and I had 2 interactions with 2 different employees. Water heater ( electric ) was repaired . We also paid to have a straight 3/4" ball valve installed / to replace the existing stock valve ( this makes it so much easier and efficient for annual or half year flushing). Appearance professional, workmanship clean and long lasting, vibe / aurora was calming . From what we saw TAZ would be great for any general repair. I personally will use them again if I have something needing repair or replaced not covered by house insurance. Thank you again TAZ. Israel was professional and very fast with fixing my irrigation pipes. Someone had been out on Friday to fix the pipes and within 24 hours, it burst again. I asked Israel to put a metal pipe on instead of the plastic one and he did exactly what I asked! He even checked the water pressure because I was concerned that might have been the issue. 5 stars!!

Isreal did an amazing job helping us with our leak! Very sweet and efficient! We were told we had one problem when in reailty it was a different issue and Isreal did a great job in fixing it and explaining! If we have any future problems, we will be calling him! I extremely suggest this company!
