Overall great experience. I called first thing on a Monday morning and they answered right away. Got me scheduled same day, tech was right on time. Ferlando fixed my waterheater quickly and seemed very knowledgeable. Fair price and very quick response. Nice office folks and tech. Highly recommend
Did wash this morning only to have the water back up onto the laundry room floor. Ken of TCRooter came out the same day and was able to get the problem fixed. He was kind and knowledgeable and we thank him for helping us.
TCR has always been great. Recently, their technicians Brian and Carlos got our old residential boiler up and running again. We are beyond grateful. They were great. Identified the problem and ordered the appropriate part to install to fix it. They went above and beyond. Thank you .
