Overall great experience. I called first thing on a Monday morning and they answered right away. Got me scheduled same day, tech was right on time. Ferlando fixed my waterheater quickly and seemed very knowledgeable. Fair price and very quick response. Nice office folks and tech. Highly recommend

TCR Plumbing is FANTASTIC. I had to rebuild my home after the Tunnel fire and they did everything from start to finish and did an amazing job! They showed up as expected and got the job done. Michael is especially great. He recently was working at our neighbors house and noticed a problem with the backflow on our property while we were out of town. He notified us immediately and took care of it. We could have had a major problem if Michael wasn’t looking out for us! Thank you TCR for going above and beyond for your customers!

We had a blockage in our sewer line on a Saturday morning. I called TCR and Brent was dispatched. He called me when he was leaving Flagstaff and when he arrived at my business. He was very attentive and kept me informed as he completed each check he did. He is very friendly and professional.

I was very pleased with the service I received from TCR plumbing from the scheduling to the actual plumbing visit. TCR was able to send Tony out the very same day I called to schedule the drain clean-out service. He was able to clear the line and get my sewer line flowing smoothly again in a very timely manner.

GREAT SERVICE!! From Reannan on the telephone to the tech Terance, I couldn't have asked for a more timely, efficient, courteous experience. Terance even arrived earlier than I was told. If I could leave more than a 5 star review, I would. TCR went above and beyond to help me out. Cary, the general manager, was fantastic with helping me with my situation. John, Amy, Rhiannon and Ashley were very helpful and always there to help with my issues that arose. The communication was excellent and they all were aware of my situation and helped out tremendously. Michael, Tony and Brett worked efficiently, knew their stuff and helped me with information and knowledge of what they were doing and what was done. They worked with me on what I needed to be completed. I have to say, they all went above and beyond any other company that I know of with the help, information and work they completed. I had a total house replumb done. I would highly recommend TCR Rooter and Plumbing Repair

TCR had Brent respond to our morning request which was exceptional. Brent was professional, personal and very experienced. The work was completed promptly, clean and we would highly recommend their use. The lines were snaked twice and all within the minimum service charge. Very happy.
