T.E. Spall & Son

I had a sales consultation with Rob Slovik to replace our gas boiler. Although we (unfortunately) went with another company, I cannot say enough nice things about his knowledge and professionalism. We wound up getting screwed over by the other company, and although Rob knew we had signed with someone else, he still continued to offer us options and support. I would 100% recommend Rob and TE Spall to anyone looking to replace their heating system.

New furnace installed. Trai was professional, respectful of my home and me, on time, communication excellent, knowledgeable, all questions answered. Area of install was left throughly cleaned. At this time I am completely satisfied. One week post install: Issue with thermostat, which I monitored daily. I will say, I called daikin first before calling for service at T.E.Spall as I believed it was a matter of settings on the thermostat. Daikin stated once they knew problem, that it was the furnace, Not the thermostat. Technician Dave from TE Spall came and went over it. It was the thermostat. It was a setting. It’s only been 24 hours, but it has worked perfectly in this 24 hours that I have monitored. Daikin instruction Manual for their thermostat leaves a lot to be desired, explanation for a certain things that a homeowner could easily do.. Dave was very professional respectful, knowledgeable, a great experience.

This morning after arriving home from work, I noticed our home was cold. When I checked the thermostat it read 50°. My fiancée and I attempted to troubleshoot the problem ourselves at first. After several hours of no results we called Spall, they were friendly and came out as quickly as they could. Which was wonderful because it was NYE, and the temps were dropping and flurries began to fall outside. They arrived promptly and gave us quotes and talked us through it all before agreeing to work. Our technician was Mason, he was a very kind and friendly young man especially to our pups who had to smell and welcome him. He was very polite and respectful when explaining what had occurred to our boiler/furnace. The price was as expected for a service. Even though it was an Emergency and on NYE, they didn't charge us a billion different fees for needing a rapid response on "a holiday". I would most certainly recommend to anyone looking. 
