He then set up an appointment for the work order for the following day. The 2 technicians were Mario and Carlos. They did a great job. Very professional, friendly and they kept me updated as the work was being performed. They did such a great job cleaning up after themselves you couldn't tell they were here. Thank you.

I’ve been with Temperature Control for about five or six years, and they’ve maintained my AC and heater throughout that time. They’ve always been helpful, respectful, and never pushy. They don’t try to upsell you on every visit—if there’s an issue, they let you know, and it’s completely your choice whether to move forward or not. I’m currently getting my 11-year-old AC replaced with a new, energy-efficient heat pump that will work better with my solar system and save me money in the long run. Temperature Control has absolutely been my go-to company for reliability, honesty, and great service. Highly recommend!

My heating unit assessment appt today was with Jeremy Oliver and nothing could have been more pleasant and smoother. Jeremy was early for the appt, sent a text and call prior to showing up so promptly, was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and pro-active!! I very, very much appreciated his honesty and frank evaluation as a senior on limited income and will definitley be using the service(s) in the future. Excellent Service from Temperature Control! My AC had stopped working — it was blowing hot air, and the fan wasn’t running. John Mancini recommended Temperature Control, and I’m so glad he did. Mira was quick to gather all the necessary info and scheduled a technician for me right away. Within an hour and a half, Isailan and his partner John arrived. They were both professional and thorough, keeping me informed every step of the way. They diagnosed the problem, explained the cost clearly, and had the AC back up and running in no time. We had a wonderful experience with Temperature Control. Jeff came out to give us a detailed estimate for a new A/C unit, he explained the process to us, and we felt very comfortable with the Jeff and decided to go with Temp Control. When the installers for the unit arrived they were very respectful, installed the unit in a timely matter and cleaned up after themselves. We opted to get the ducts cleaned also, Julian cleaned the ducts and checked to make sure are ducts were working properly so we have optimal A/C usage. The entire process was easy and everyone that came was respectful and courteous. We appreciate the wonderful work and we are looking forward to haveing a cool house this summer.

So far I am very impressed with this company. I have received estimates from 5 companies to have my A/C replaced and their estimate provided much more detail and options than any others. Jeff explained everything in great detail. Their prices are very good in comparison to what others offer particularly when you compare what they provide. I have decided to have them replace my A/C unit and will follow up with another review once it is done. Update:Robert and Ryan installed my HVAC unit on March 16th in about 3 1/2 hours. They were both extremely polite, efficient, cleaned up everything AS they were doing the job! (they also added a new return). The unit is so quiet and seems to be working very well as it cools the house quickly. I am so pleased! Dean came to expect the work today. Again, someone who is very friendly and Knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have. I am so impressed with every step of this process! They will be coming next Monday to clean my vents, which is included in the installation price. I am so happy I chose Temperature Control to replace my AC. I feel confident you will be too. I can tell everyone takes pride in what they do!

We have a service plan with Temperature Control and we had our Spring maintenance done today. Jeremy was the technician who came and was extremely personable and informative. He showed me photos of what was going on with the capacitor and he explained why he needed to replace it, but because we have the service plan, we got a discount on it. He didn't expect me to just take his word for it, he took photos so I could see that he wasn't just trying to sell me a product. He also showed me how to take care of unit in between their visits. I highly recommend the Temperature Control service plan.
