I cannot recommend this company. He never returned phone calls. We had to chase him down constantly. Of course when the final bill came due he never stopped calling. We paid for half the job up front, $6,000. Then he wanted the final payment sent over night. He called our Realtor and threatened to put a lien on the house. He finished the job 10 days ago. We hired Terry's Plumbing to connect the house to Hampton Shaler sewer. He quoted a price of $12,000 for the job. After starting the job he called and said he hit blue rock and needed to rent a machine for $3,000 so we agreed to the additional charge. Then we received the bill and he charged us $1,000 for the copper water pipe his team dug up by accident? 60 feet to be exact. Then wanted to charge us and took the copper, not sure what happened to it. When we asked where he was while the copper water line was being dug up, he was on another job. We are in the process of reporting this to the Better Business Bureau to resolve this matter as we do not feel we should have to pay for his company's mistake.

I had problems with kitchen and laundry drains and basement floor drain pipes.Terry came out same day figured out the problem. Jay and his crew came out next day and began to work on the problem. The amount of work done in 2 days was amazing! Kept me up to date as they progressed. Terry himself and Jay kept me up to date as well as his office staff! Thank you all so Much for a Great Job and being so professional and kind through this project! Very much appreciated! The price was also great!

My hot water tank went today. I called my warranty company and They connected me with Terry’s Plumbing on Babcock Blvd. I asked for the last appointment of the day. The technician John came out and assessed the situation. He went right to the expansion tank and said it was full and ready to go. He informed me that I would need a new hot water tank and an expansion tank. He had both installed in an hour. John was a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable about his work. I am going to have some work done in the summer and I am definitely going to use Terry’s plumbing and request John to do the work for me. My experience with Terry’s plumbing was pleasant from start to finish. Thank you John and everyone at Terry’s plumbing for an out job. Paula Moore

Terry and his team went out of their way to make me feel safe when my gas line was damaged by a local roofer driving a nail through it.They installed a new gas line and have helped me detect several other problems they did not have to take the time to do . I appreciate their expertise and help and I truly appreciate Terry calling me himself to make me feel comfortable with the situation going on inside my home. I will definitely use them for future work and recommend them to anyone having gas or plumbing issues. Cindy S

My name is Teri and I’m a resident of canonsburg Maple Ridge Community. Terrys Plumbing was contracted by Acri Reality to do a recheck of videos findings of another locally owned plumbing business who had found river rock, gravel and debris in downspout lines 10 feet out. My condor suffered ice damming this past winter in a severe storm causing the condo to lose ceilings and wall in 3 rooms. Ice damming is a result of poor drainage in gutters and downspouts. Over 20000 dollars in damages to the condo/townhome that I had purchased only 3 weeks prior. Terrys plumbing who was hired by Acri has gone on record stating that the river rock and gravel in my drains was not to blame for the ice damming that occurred and has nothing to do with the water running through the foyer and backing up in the garage. He is part of a crew Acri Reality uses to deny home owners emergent and chronic help from very poor build and lack of maintenance. My townhome/condo continues to have chronic water flow inside from wall to wall. According to Terrys water flowing throughout your home is not a problem that needs fixing. Thanks for being part of a corrupt business plan with Acri Reality leaving home owners to get attorneys to fight these battles. Why??? What pay off was there for you? I would like a water free home after the rain and snow Terry. How can the river rock and gravel have nothing to do with this???! Please explain…. We are waiting

Terry came out on Memorial day to fix a sump pump problem at my daughter's house. Can't say enough good things.about him and the company. We have used Terry's for so many plumbing needs. Wonderful.

Cannot recommend these guys enough! Trustworthy and knowledgeable. I called Terrys plumbing late on a Sunday with the basement drain backing up and flooding with any water usage. Rather than charging an emergency service fee to come out that day, he talked me through steps to manage the issue for the evening. They came out first thing Monday morning to unclog everything! Very happy with them and they will get my business every time.
