I cannot recommend this company. He never returned phone calls. We had to chase him down constantly. Of course when the final bill came due he never stopped calling. We paid for half the job up front, $6,000. Then he wanted the final payment sent over night. He called our Realtor and threatened to put a lien on the house. He finished the job 10 days ago. We hired Terry's Plumbing to connect the house to Hampton Shaler sewer. He quoted a price of $12,000 for the job. After starting the job he called and said he hit blue rock and needed to rent a machine for $3,000 so we agreed to the additional charge. Then we received the bill and he charged us $1,000 for the copper water pipe his team dug up by accident? 60 feet to be exact. Then wanted to charge us and took the copper, not sure what happened to it. When we asked where he was while the copper water line was being dug up, he was on another job. We are in the process of reporting this to the Better Business Bureau to resolve this matter as we do not feel we should have to pay for his company's mistake.

I had problems with kitchen and laundry drains and basement floor drain pipes.Terry came out same day figured out the problem. Jay and his crew came out next day and began to work on the problem. The amount of work done in 2 days was amazing! Kept me up to date as they progressed. Terry himself and Jay kept me up to date as well as his office staff! Thank you all so Much for a Great Job and being so professional and kind through this project! Very much appreciated! The price was also great!

My hot water tank went today. I called my warranty company and They connected me with Terry’s Plumbing on Babcock Blvd. I asked for the last appointment of the day. The technician John came out and assessed the situation. He went right to the expansion tank and said it was full and ready to go. He informed me that I would need a new hot water tank and an expansion tank. He had both installed in an hour. John was a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable about his work. I am going to have some work done in the summer and I am definitely going to use Terry’s plumbing and request John to do the work for me. My experience with Terry’s plumbing was pleasant from start to finish. Thank you John and everyone at Terry’s plumbing for an out job. Paula Moore
