They were able to get someone out to my place quickly and he arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. Max came out to help us and was absolutely fantastic. No BS, incredibly knowledgeable, and refreshingly not trying to push unnecessary work. He explained everything clearly and did a thorough, efficient job. What really stood out was the professionalism—full service from start to finish, and he cleaned up completely before leaving. It’s rare to find a company this honest and reliable. The Aussie Plumber is top-tier. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

I had Aussie Plumbers out at my Mesa home to fix a plumbing problem. They sent Mickey Genchi out to fix my problem. He was very polite, charismatic , very knowledgeable , and he loves dogs. It was the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. O recommend this company and Mickey Genchi to fix any plumbing issue you may have. Excellent !!!!! A few days later I had a different issue & they sent Kaleb out to remove an old water softener from my house & dispose of it & he was excellent also. Was needing the assistance of a plumber to check on several issues in our home. Main issue was low cold water flow on our kitchen faucet. Checked Google reviews and came across The Aussie Plumber. All recent reviews were extremely satisfied with their work. Scheduled service with the company and the scheduled Max Medley as the technician to review our issues. Max listened to me explain all our issues and he began troubleshooting. Instead of just determining the issue was at the faucet, he began checking the path all the way back to our water softener. What he showed me was the resin on the interior of our current water softener was degrading and causing the issue with “clogging” the cold water on kitchen faucet. He proceeded to check every other water supplied faucet, toilet (showed me clumps of resin in bottom of tank) and shower head. Good news was that he was able to clear the clog in kitchen faucet. Bad news was that whoever installed our water softener for the previous owner, it was installed incorrectly and never was working. His recommendation was that since water softener was having issues with tank, to replace with new unit and properly install and fix several issues of the previous installation. Max did outstanding work, kept me informed the entire time and ensured he tested everything once his work was complete. Highly recommend The Aussie Plumber and request Max in particular for your plumbing needs.
