They were able to get someone out to my place quickly and he arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. Max came out to help us and was absolutely fantastic. No BS, incredibly knowledgeable, and refreshingly not trying to push unnecessary work. He explained everything clearly and did a thorough, efficient job. What really stood out was the professionalism—full service from start to finish, and he cleaned up completely before leaving. It’s rare to find a company this honest and reliable. The Aussie Plumber is top-tier. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

I had Aussie Plumbers out at my Mesa home to fix a plumbing problem. They sent Mickey Genchi out to fix my problem. He was very polite, charismatic , very knowledgeable , and he loves dogs. It was the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. O recommend this company and Mickey Genchi to fix any plumbing issue you may have. Excellent !!!!! A few days later I had a different issue & they sent Kaleb out to remove an old water softener from my house & dispose of it & he was excellent also. Was needing the assistance of a plumber to check on several issues in our home. Main issue was low cold water flow on our kitchen faucet. Checked Google reviews and came across The Aussie Plumber. All recent reviews were extremely satisfied with their work. Scheduled service with the company and the scheduled Max Medley as the technician to review our issues. Max listened to me explain all our issues and he began troubleshooting. Instead of just determining the issue was at the faucet, he began checking the path all the way back to our water softener. What he showed me was the resin on the interior of our current water softener was degrading and causing the issue with “clogging” the cold water on kitchen faucet. He proceeded to check every other water supplied faucet, toilet (showed me clumps of resin in bottom of tank) and shower head. Good news was that he was able to clear the clog in kitchen faucet. Bad news was that whoever installed our water softener for the previous owner, it was installed incorrectly and never was working. His recommendation was that since water softener was having issues with tank, to replace with new unit and properly install and fix several issues of the previous installation. Max did outstanding work, kept me informed the entire time and ensured he tested everything once his work was complete. Highly recommend The Aussie Plumber and request Max in particular for your plumbing needs.

These guys are phenomenal. I’ve had them out for a few plumbing issues and they’ve always been honest and done a great job. We had to replace the old plumbing underneath our 90-year-old home and Mikey went above and beyond to fix everything with great care and attention. You could tell he was super passionate about what he did and he took such great pride in his work. These guys are also very personable people, like you could grab a beer and hang out. I will never think twice about what plumbers to call if I ever have any issues. I will also be referring these guys to everyone. Really fantastic service and people.

Our plumber Max was absolutely the best. He went beyond what was expected and got us back up and going and feeling confident that the work was done right and will last for a long time. I’d even say it will last forever. Max did not try and sell us on anything, was honest about it everything and showed us on the camera how bad the pipes were and what needed to be done to get the job done right. Very professional and was great around our dogs. Clean professional work. Very satisfied with The Aussie Plumber and would highly recommend them to anyone. Max even showed me the drain pipe he removed so I could see how bad the build up was. Great company and even better employees.

Plumbing backups always seem to happen at the most inconvenient times—like a Saturday night. I can’t thank Max at Aussie Plumbing enough for his quick response to my main line collapse. When Max arrived to assess the situation, he already had an excavator with him. Right away, I knew he was prepared for whatever might be hiding underground. After running a camera through the line, he determined the problem was in the yard and that there was a significant blockage. Max took the time to clearly explain what repairs were needed and why. He patiently answered all of my questions and walked me through the pricing. In the end, I needed a complete main line replacement from the edge of the house all the way to the alley. Before Max arrived, I had another company come out, but they weren’t nearly as confident in diagnosing the issue, and their proposed solution would have only partially fixed the problem. I’m so glad I had Max provide a second opinion. Within minutes, he was making calls to have the utilities marked and lining everything up to start the repair. He even set me up so I could run water in my house again, which was such a blessing after two days without it. When Max dug out the old pipe, it turned out to be Orangeburg that was completely disintegrating. He also found another section that was heavily invaded with roots, which ended up being the main culprit. When it came time to put the yard back together, Max truly went above and beyond. He moved the rocks back, leveled the dirt, repaired the sprinklers, and added cleanouts. It’s honestly shocking how much work one person can accomplish in just a day and a half. Max is a man with many talents and very knowledgeable. I can’t thank him enough for the work he’s done at my home. He’s also a genuinely nice guy and a tremendous person. If you have any plumbing needs, ask for Max—he will definitely take care of you.

They worked with changing timelines, helped me navigate the hurdles, and never made me feel like my project was a burden due to its complications. The technician, Alex, arrived on time, was professional, friendly and skilled. Their communication, reliability, and positive attitude made a huge difference in my stressful situation.
