This company is it!!! My water heater broke & The Cooling & Plumbing Company really took care of it professionally. Honest, affordable, and quality work really showed with profeasionizm. Technicians are very polite & knows what they are doing. They took time to make sure all work is done appropriately and explained thoroughly on what will be done, how the work will be completed and what is recommended. The owner explained it easy to understand and what maintenance may be required in the future. I've asked for a full maintenance while the technician is here with both my plumbing & cooling. As expected, thorough job was done & let me know the updates. The technician also went out of his way to check my roof because I suspected a leak above the heater. I can't imagine any company going out of their way to do additional work with no complaint. All the companies are too busy to rush out to the next job, but this company is tryluly a legitimate honest & friendly company & people. I would recommend this company to anyone, if not, at least give them a try. You will not be disappointed!!! Thank you very much for a phenomenal job & for taking care of us!!!

Thank you so much for the great service! Customer service outstanding! Patrick texted he would arrive in 30 minutes and did. He got to work on our problem right away. Dryer would not allow the laundry room door to close. He looked at the challenge and explained the work he would be doing to allow the door to close. Jay and his crew were professional and thorough. They were knowledgeable, if I had questions they had the answers. If something more was needed they brought it to my attention immediately (ie: my new heater from another company needed more parts, we all worked together to finish the job). Kind and polite, showed great respect for my property. The price for completion of the gas line was very reasonable. Thanks Jay! Well had Jay’s crew out again, this time for plumbing a new water main with a pressure release and shut off valves as well as a pool spritzer valve they all had started leaking. As usual the guys did an awesome job and a reasonable price. Thanks again Jay!

We had a great experience with The Cooling & Plumbing Co. installing gas lines for our range, dryer, and water heater. Jay came out to meet with us and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy. Damian and Aaron handled the installation and did an amazing job. They were very professional, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. Everything turned out great and the job site was left clean when they were finished. I hired The Cooling & Plumbing Co for a plumbing repair/replacement I needed on a leaking backyard irrigation back-flow, ball valves and hose bib. Jay quoted a great price on a full replacement of the existing setup as the old setup was all cheap parts and original to the home. He was always available for my questions and provided good detailed explanation on recommendations for the work. His technicians were outstanding and professional and explained the entire process of the install. When they were finished I had a much better setup than what was there originally and the quality of the work is second to none. The entire process from first contact to install was really quick and I couldn't be more pleased. I will be contacting Jay and The Cooling & Plumbing company on any plumbing work I require in my home moving forward.
