Myke is a true consummate professional. He was able to determine a source of leak hidden inside my walls in the most unintrusive way possible. Within a half an hour he solved a problem many other plumbers struggled to locate. My interactions with the staff were always courteous, professional and timely. Best of all the pricing was reasonable and fair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Had a wonderful experience with The Plumber Guy. They literally got me on the schedule the very next day. Roxy and Makayla at the office were great at communicating with me. My tech Dylan was on time, polite, professional, and took the time to educate me while he was fixing my plumbing issues. What I really appreciated was that he didn't try to upsell me into additional services. Pricing was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend this company and I'll definitely use this company in the future for all of my plumbing needs.

Had an emergency situation where the main water line into the house was leaking. Home warranty didn't cover since it's right out the foundation. The Plumber Guy came out, evaluated, quoted, and fixed all same day! Prices were a smidge high, but given the speed, communication, and quality of service, I'm willing to overlook! Thanks all!

Came over promptly, gave a quote quickly, procured part in a timely manner, came back immediately and installed parts and had my shower working better than before. The price was reasonable but maybe a little high but honestly don't know these days. Overall a good experience and would recommend.

I highly recommend this company over any big name plumber company. My laundry room drain was backing up and overflowing with water, so I needed help quickly. After doing my research, I decided to call The Plumber Guy and was immediately impressed by the service. When I called, I spoke with Michaela, who was friendly, professional, and made the scheduling process easy. She was able to get Daniel out to my home the very next day. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the issue and explain my options. He performed a camera inspection and showed me exactly why the pipe was backing up, which I really appreciated. There was no pressure—just honest recommendations and excellent customer service. After reviewing the options, I chose to have the line hydro jetted. Cooper and his assistant, Quin, came out later that same day to complete the work. Both were professional, courteous, and thorough. They did an excellent job clearing the line and provided footage of both the problem and the completed work, giving me confidence that the issue was properly resolved. From start to finish, every person I interacted with was respectful of my property, professional, and genuinely committed to providing high-quality service. The issue was resolved completely, and The Plumber Guy absolutely lived up to their reputation. Our kitchen sink started leaking, and what initially looked like a simple repair quickly turned into a much larger project. One of the faucet lines had a failed gasket, and while attempting to replace it, the fitting broke. Unfortunately, the replacement part was no longer available, so we decided to install a new faucet instead. While installing the new faucet, we discovered that one of the old shut-off valves under the sink was also leaking. Since both valves were the same age, I decided to replace them both. However, when we shut off the water to the house to make the repair, we found that the main shut-off valve was no longer fully stopping the water flow. At this point, the job was beyond my abilities, so we called The Plumber Guy. They arrived quickly and got right to work. The technicians were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They replaced the main shut-off valve to the house and completed the installation of the new kitchen shut-off valves efficiently and correctly. What had turned into a frustrating chain of plumbing problems was resolved quickly and professionally. I would absolutely use The Plumber Guy again for any plumbing issue beyond my skill level and would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable plumbing services. Their prompt response, quality workmanship, and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

Mark was terrific! I called it in and was told that I would have someone at ny house within an hour. He actually got to my house in about 30 minutes, was very courteous, and made sure that he wasn't dirtying up the floors. He was very efficient and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. Within a minute of reaching our got a text back, explained the problem of clogged bathroom sink and what we tried for a fix. We were given an approx time of 12-4 same day. About 15 minutes later for a call that someone would be out within 30 minutes! Kolby and his assistant were professional, informative, and quick. We were extremely happy with the service and defiantly would recommend and use The Plumber guy again if the need arises 
