The Plumber Dr provided a fair and honest experience from start to finish. I really appreciated their transparency with pricing—my invoice was adjusted at the end to a lower cost, which speaks volumes about their integrity. Ryan did an excellent job installing the unit and took the time to clearly explain how everything worked. Professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

We had our water heater replaced recently, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Cameron provided exceptional service—he was incredibly easy to talk to, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process stress-free. The price was very reasonable, especially given the quality of the work. Installation was prompt, professional, and done right the first time. As new homeowners, we are also trying to find our "go-to" people for various home maintenance/repair services- and The Plumbing Dr. is officially on our list! I am extremely happy with the work that Cameron and Angel did at my Mobile home. They had to re-pipe the whole house. They did a great job! They cleaned up at the end of each day and you would never have even known that they had been there. They also put in a couple of hose bibs and shower turn offs. Cameron was very quick to return my phone calls and he answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend them!!!

Wow! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. A few days ago I left a 2 star review. This company reached out to me personally and asked about my review and how they could fix it. Doing repairs on a house can be frustrating BUT this company took ownership over a miscommunication and came back out ASAP and we got the outcome we wanted. I originally said they were overpriced for basic plumbing BUT when you provide customer service like that you cannot put a price on it. Super friendly, Extremely satisfied and humbled that there are good people just trying to help. I recommend this company for any plumbing needs. Camron and Ryan thank you and I apologize for being a tough customer. You guys are great!!! Original review (no longer applies)  Extremely overpriced… and under prepared. I asked to extend my bathtub faucet to a longer 7inch faucet. I was given a quote of 175. When plumbers got here they we dumb founded that they would need to also extended the copper plumbing inside by an inch too. “That will be an extra charge, but I’ll give you a deal.” WHAT DEAL!?!? Why would you think there was 7inches of copper in a 4 inch faucet. Knowing you would have to extended the interior copper pipe is basic and should have been included in the estimate. Overall very very basic plumber in an overpriced market.

I cannot recommend The Plumbing Dr. enough! We went through our home warranty company so we didn’t get much choice in who was assigned the job, but we’re very glad it was The Plumbing Dr. They were very quick in reaching out about a failing water heater we had, they made the process smooth & painless, & we had a new one installed the next morning. Luis did an excellent job on the install, was very communicative, cleaned up after he was finished, & wasn’t a pushy salesman like others I have dealt with. Very happy & again, would highly recommend using them for any plumbing issues!

The plumbing Dr., did a great job on installing new pipes under the sink at my coffee shop. Cameron & Ryan is knowledgeable and fixed everything right the first time, leaving no mess. Five stars overall!

I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The repair individuals were 20 minutes late for the schedule appointment. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue quickly. The heater needed to be replaced. They went to the warehouse and come back within 40 minutes to install the heater. Fast and friendly service. Will use them again for any plumbing needs. .

I was super surprised at how great and speedy the repair was. I have absolutely been putting off fixing a running toilet for over 7 months and finally remembered to request service this week (before I move out of the country for a while). I absolutely anticipated waiting a while for an appointment, but they got us scheduled within 24 hours. Ryan showed up and he was absolutely a joy to work with - very kind and thorough in his work. He was systematic in how he tested and diagnosed what the actual issue was and explained it to me after he finished the repair. I will definitely be recommending to anyone else in need of a great plumber!

Both times I’ve had the Plumbing Dr. come out from my home warranty service they were very friendly and helpful. Luis came today and was able to diagnose the problem with my toilet quickly and fixed it right away. Luckily it was an easy fix! The snake tool unclogged the line and the toilet flushes properly now. He also explained some things about toilets I didn’t know before so when I shop for a new toilet I will have better knowledge. 5/14/26
