I don’t like leaving less than glowing reviews, but I hope that Phil will up his game, and I hope to give advance notice to others in the meantime. We had a sewer clog issue, sewage backing up into the house… Phil came out and cleared from our backyard cleanout down to the main city drain. He was very nice and friendly, and he also cameraed the sewer from our cleanout down to the main city drain and identified the location of roots getting into our sewer pipe. Very helpful information. Unfortunately, we continued to have gurgling sounds in our drain and a couple of weeks later the same problem was back. Turns out that there was also clogging *before* the clean out. We were told that we would have to pay another rooter charge for them to come out and clear out the drain, and that the work is not guaranteed. I am in a service industry myself, and I understand that work like this can be unpredictable, but it seems to me that it should be SOP for a professional company to take the extra ten minutes to run the rooter – and the camera – both directions in the cleanout. Rather than pay these folks again to do what we had already paid them to do two weeks ago, we ended up going with Halls Plumbing, who fixed it faster, cheaper- and both directions. Plus, gave a 30-day guarantee. Like I said, I don’t like leaving negative feedback, but I hope this helps both TSP and any prospective customers to make better decisions.

We can't thank Son's Plumbing enough - especially Phillip! On New Year's Day we came home from vacation to find a leaking water heater in our garage! We called Son's Plumbing on Saturday and Phillip was at our house in less than an hour to replace the water heater. He even worked with our home warranty company to help us get reimbursed since they couldn't get their vendors out. Phillip was timely, professional, courteous, he cleaned up after himself and made the modifications we needed to ensure we didn't come home to a flooded garage again. We are so very thankful for them and have never been so excited for a hot shower! I will absolutely recommend them to everyone I can!
