Dylan did a fantastic job replacing my water heater in no time at all! Debbie was very sensitive to my time frame (with 4 kids, we needed hot water fast!) and making sure that everything worked to our needs (including a curtesy visit to make sure the pressure was where it needed to be! Chris came out on Monday to look at our hot water tank, it was determined we needed a new one since our hot water tank was manufactured in 1992 they placed the order and was back to our house on Thursday the same week. He was friendly and answered all questions. Debbie the owner is amazing, she listened to my concerns and questions and helped the best she could. Debbie was very professional and polite on the phone. She was quick to call and make each appointment.

They are amazing! My water heater went out on a Saturday, they got back to me first thing Monday morning and had a new water heater installed by Tuesday. Josh was super kind, very quick, and super professional. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future if I need to.

Honestly the best around. I have done business with these guys a few times now! My scheduled service was between 2pm -5pm. Chris showed up 10min before. He was perfessional, calm demeanor, listened patiently for my background story of what happened and what I did so that he could accurately assess and resolve the issue. After listening he basically knew exactly what to do and had no problems with me watching or asking questions. If I asked him why he is doing what he is doing, he understood I was just wanting to know and didnt take it personally. He was respectful the entire time and got finished cleaning and clearing my drains within about 25min. Definitely recommend these guys! Thanks Chris.

AMAZING! This is the best plumbing company I’ve ever hired — and I’ve worked with quite a few over the years. I needed a full water line re-pipe for my home, so I hired Thomas Plumbing. Dylan came in and quickly assessed the layout of the house. I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and attentiveness. Within about 20 minutes of evaluating everything, he was ready to get started. The project took two days, and several things really stood out: - He looked for the cleanest, most efficient way to run the new pipes while causing the least amount of damage (minimal drywall removal). - He took the time to remove the old water lines. I understand that’s not always feasible, but it made a big difference in keeping everything clean and organized. - Even though he knew the job wouldn’t be finished in one day, he made sure we still had running water to all fixtures before leaving that evening. - He clearly explained what he was doing and made sure I was comfortable with any major decisions (such as cutting drywall). - He thoughtfully considered future plumbing plans, like adding a water softener or extending water lines to other areas of the property. - And just as important — he had a great attitude. Some plumbers can be grumpy, but Dylan was genuinely pleasant to work with. Overall, the project was masterfully done. I truly couldn’t have chosen a better company for this job and will absolutely hire them again in the future.

Josh was great! He was quick, efficient, and professional. He explained what problem was and replaced the whole hose bib in under 15 minutes. I’ll definitely be using Thomas Plumbing for any future plumbing issues. I also really appreciated that he answered my questions respectfully and didn’t talk down to me, which unfortunately has not always been my experience as a single woman dealing with plumbers. Josh was personable, respectful, and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Josh, the plumber, is the very best. He is a true professional and extremely competent. He does work and installation for very fair prices unlike other plumbers who charge an extremely high rate. Probably most of all, he is trustworthy and can be counted on to follow through. It is also a pleasure to coordinate his services through Debbie who handles the office part of the business. She is responsive and has a great sense of humor. Working with Thomas Plumbing has been a great experience. I would definitely recommend using Thomas Plumbing. Dave was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly where to cut into the dry wall to find where the leak in our pipe was to then fix it. He was also very kind and cleaned and vacuumed any of the mess he made. I can’t recommend this company enough!
