Since then, I’ve stuck with them for all my plumbing needs. Jacob and his team always show up when they say they will, and their prices are very reasonable. They’re professional and clearly care about the quality of their work and their reputation. I really appreciate how they take the time to explain things and give helpful advice for any plumbing problems. Before finding Jacob, I had another company work on a drain line replacement. Unfortunately, that experience wasn’t great—they left a mess in my yard and didn’t really fix the issue. If it weren’t for Jacob, Donovan, and the friendly staff in the office, I probably would have spent way more money and still had plumbing headaches. They were able to send someone out within just a couple of hours, which was a huge relief. A couple of weeks ago, I had the team from Thompson Brothers Plumbing in Ogden come out to work on my electric water heater, which is pretty old.
