I received a call prior to appointment to from Jesse to confirm & let me know of eta. Arrived on time, was very pleasant, polite & professional. We discussed the issue & he also took a look. Politely excused himself outside to put together an estimate for the service. On returning he was very upfront on pricing options, covering from smallest work required to worst case possibilities. We signed some paperwork & he was right to work. It didn't take him long at all to complete the work. He even made a point to clean up the floor where he was working. I would definitely call again if ever in need of a plumbing service!! 5\5 ☆☆☆☆☆'s for sure!!

Wow amazing, what service, couldn’t ask for anything better, we got help with our problem right away, couldn’t get anyone til following morning or the following day, but I happen to call and hung up and they called me back and it turned out they could send someone out with in a couple of hours , extremely great service. Justin Settles was our service tech and he did a great job and was amazing, he took his time and showed us what was wrong and took care of the problem, what great service, very happy with the Thompson Family Service, we even signed up for their family plan which was definitely worth it and no service charge for coming out. Justin and Riley are absolutely the best! They are both so knowledgeable and very professional. We’re right on time , had a written estimate and worked with my finances to help me fix the problem. Very very nice and kind. I wouldn’t call anybody else, but Thompson!! They absolutely will not rip you off!!!!! Absolutely need to mention Mike!! Mike the septic Professor and guru!! Wow!! Might knew everything!! Was on time, no messing around. He got in there I got the job done!! Did a beautiful job.!!! I also want to mention Dustin! He fixed a problem. I have been dealing with for four months. Wow! I’m telling you people you can’t go wrong with Thompson. Dustin was very good at unclogging my drain and he left my place cleaner than he found it. All the guys left my place cleaner than they found it. Give this company a call you will not be sorry!!! Thank you so much, Riley, Dustin, Mike, Justin! Customer service from the office personnel is just phenomenal!!!

They kept me informed of when their tech was going to show up. He was very polite and soft spoken and got me everything I need. We've made an appointment for them to check my septic tank out thoroughly. Unfortunately my tree had invaded my septic tank so I had to replace it. But they kept me well informed and they did a great job.They're now waiting for the inspectors to come look at it so they can finish burying it. Again they did a great job.Kept me informed of every step. The septic is done and buried and they did a great job.And they cleaned up any mass that needed to be cleaned up. I would definitely do business with them again.And I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Jesse and Travis saved the day! Jesse arrived first and was professional, asked lots of questions and documented the issue, which was a busted drain/sewer pipe. He explained that Travis would be arriving to provide repair outline. Travis was able to explain what steps were needed to repair the pipe, and patiently responded to all of my questions. Travis and Jesse (and office staff I message late yesterday) were respectful at all times. I appreciate that their business policy is to document all work. Tomorrow morning work starts and I look forward to giving you all an update.

I Called my home warranty to fix my water pressure regulator. The original plumbing company quoted me a ridiculous amount to retro fit my unit. I called Thompson plumbing from seeing their name in a mailer magazine. Dustin arrived and gave me several options to fix my problem. He quoted me within a few minutes and was able to replace my pressure regulator very quickly. I appreciated Dustins communication through out the process which made it very easy since i was out of town. I highly recommend Thompson plumbing on your next plumbing fix.

Levi was ok for what Thompson Family Plumbing apparently sent him out to do which was not the 3/4" PVC pipe repair for my mobile home as I expected. He spent about 3/4" of an hour testing my water quality, trying to replace my hot water heater anode, but stripped the hex head and could not remove it afterall, selling me on a Family plan for Plumbing repairs. Charged me over $300 just to go under my mobile home to tell me what was wrong. I hesitantly said ok, because I was there only one day and needed it fixed. I already knew it had a leak. Then he told me he is just a technician and someone else will have to be scheduled to actually fix it. He said it would be over $1,100 to repair. I hesitantly setup the appointment knowing that if I couldn't get someone else to repair it I would have a back up plan. He assured me that I could cancel within 3 days. He spent over an hour typing stuff into his tablet and when I got home and had time to read all the emails he sent, I noticed that there was a 3 day notice waiver signed but not by me. They also took AZ deposit amount 50% versus CA deposit amount of 10%. When I return back home I wrote a letter to return my deposit and cancel my appointment. The good news, they did indeed cancel my appointment and returned my deposit. I hired another guy who completed it for $300.

From the text sent after hours acknowledging our urgent call to the early return call to Justin’s courteous greeting to Riley’s very informative explanation of our alternatives to Jordan’s energetic demeanor in his installation of our water heater. We appreciated Jordan’s attention to doing his best! He’s a great installer! We can see his eagerness in getting ahead And lastly Austin’s reassuring us our choice of water heater and the anode rod could be installed at a later date to extend the life of the unit. Michael is Fantastic! Quite impressive to be honest. Wish I had been able to find these guys 2yrs back instead of Ambient Edge. Explained to Thompson what was wrong & reoccurring ONE TIME ONLY & they went straight to the problem, fixed the next day!!! Could have saved literally hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds no joke!!! Completely taken by surprise how super efficient, organized & quick the process was. HANDS DOWN AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

From initial contact to coordination with field tech, he called and arrived within 2 hours. Mike was courteous, clean, service with a smile and handled this emergency issue hassle free.
