I decided that it was time for me to upgrade my plumbing in my whole condo unit and repipe the whole system with new faucets and shut off valves. I am one of those who still had those ugly, weak, grey ,fragile shit pipes from the 90s. (40 years old,well beyond the expiration date.The ones that everyone complains but does nothing about even though we all still have them. Not anymore. Because of Thompsons Plumbing, I have been baptized and born again. I am a new man. I have a whole new system. Devon was our tech from Thompson. He gave us advanced notification of his arrival. He was very knowledgeable, listened to what we needed and to our questions. He provided us with 3 options for the work we needed immediately and future work we wanted. Install was excellent and he cleaned up everything when he was finished. We chose to go with their annual maixtenance plan, which is very reasonable considering all that included. We recommend Thompson Pluming, Cooling, Heating & Electrical. Hands down the best!

I've used Thompson from e several years now for my home in Rockville. Jesse has come out 2 times in the past 30 days and been very friendly and easy to work with. He's very communicative and punctual when it comes to showing up. He's been very good at explaining the problems and given me honest and fair options. We had a great experience with Thompson Plumbing, Electric, Heating, and Cooling. Dalton Tondro installed a new water heater, water softener system, and pressure regulator in our late-1990s home. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly and working as it should. Justin Fichter came out to perform maintenance on my AC system and did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect everything to make sure the system was operating properly. We went with a cheap contractor for an easy project. Thompson Plumbing came in to do a bigger project we had, ended up catching some super big safety issues from the other contractor and helped us get it all corrected! They are professional, clean and communicate clearly. Just honest good old boys that are amazing at what they do!

Abe removed old bathroom sinks and faucets and installed new ones we had purchased. He was prompt, courteous, patient and professional. He worked hard to accommodate our financial situation. The result and work product were excellent . We are very pleased with the result and would be happy if Abe was assigned to a future project should we again need Thompson services. We highly recommend Abe!

Sammy did an excellent job in checking out our entire air conditioning system which included going into the attic to make sure all is working properly. He explained what his findings, and backed it up with showing pictures of what he found. He was honest and patient in explaining his findings. He left us with his assessment and pictures and pointed out what he thought would be more priority than something else. We only recently started using Thompson for all our plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical services and are so happy with everyone who has provided services to us thus far. I would highly recommend Thompson for those services to protect your home.
