Updated review: we had Thurgood come out to replace some toilet plumbing. The new plumbing was placed quickly and well done by Duncan. We had some trouble with a lack of communication with Duncan throughout the day and when he left the wax seal for us to set our toilet back in place. There were extra steps for bolt placement that weren't explained to us based on flange placement. My house was busy with kids running around but I wish he had taken 30 seconds to explain bolt placement and how to best attach our toilet with the wax ring he provided. Gusto was able to come out ASAP the next morning and helped us get our toilet set. He was very thorough with his explanation of what we needed to do. He could have just explained it to me and left it at that but he was kind and helped me get the entire process done. I was super happy with the estimate and options Duncan gave us on the first call and he did a great job plumbing our toilet in a small space. Overall, I am happy with our service and that we now have a working toilet that is plumbed correctly. I'm glad that Thurgood worked quickly to correct the issues we had. Communication is easy to get frustrated over but how this company has resolved our problem has resulted in me removing my original review. I want to be honest in how frustrated I was yesterday when we couldn't set our toilet, especially over something so simple. But this company has definitely gone above and beyond to fix the issues, listen to my comments and feedback, and work with their employees on how they can improve customer service.

From the moment I called in to the store about a water leak in my home, the receptionist was friendly and made scheduling easy to get a technician out with my schedule. My plumber Duncan, was excellent to work with. He was very informative, respectful and did a fantastic job with my home repair. Would recommend 10/10.

I called them to ask for a second opinion, based off what I previously was quoted. Whoa!!! Such a difference. They were fast to respond, and got me a new water heater same day. I am so impressed and will continue to contact them for all services they provide. Thank you so much!
