We had another great experience with Tim Beil Plumbing. Our bathroom pipe burst @ about 2:40, we called Tim Beil at 3:00....and it was fixed by 5:00. Ian was awesome and explained everything to us. Even the office staff is awesome! Thank you for your quick response!
Great service very nice guy. Tom was informative explained all he had to do.came out on Saturday in very cold weather. My pipes were frozen had no water. Had to crawl under neither my house. Greatly appreciated his service. I would recommend Tim Beil plumbing any time.
I came home after midnight and realized one of my hot water lines had frozen. I called Tom and he answered quickly and walked me through how to thaw the pipe and prevent any damage. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I will be using his services in the future of I have any plumbing issues.
