We had another great experience with Tim Beil Plumbing. Our bathroom pipe burst @ about 2:40, we called Tim Beil at 3:00....and it was fixed by 5:00. Ian was awesome and explained everything to us. Even the office staff is awesome! Thank you for your quick response!

Great service very nice guy. Tom was informative explained all he had to do.came out on Saturday in very cold weather. My pipes were frozen had no water. Had to crawl under neither my house. Greatly appreciated his service. I would recommend Tim Beil plumbing any time.

I came home after midnight and realized one of my hot water lines had frozen. I called Tom and he answered quickly and walked me through how to thaw the pipe and prevent any damage. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I will be using his services in the future of I have any plumbing issues.

Tucker and Mario quickly came and helped us dig a hole in order to get to a broken pipe. They were very nice and reassuring that they could fix our problem. They dug the hole and fixed our pipe within a couple hours. I would recommend this business to anyone! I am very satisfied and happy with my experience with Tim Beil plumbing.

Saturday morning we just stopped getting water. Horrible feeling. We called and were told the charge to come out would be about $180, which if we waited until Monday would only be $75 ish. We were told if they came today they could at least figure out the issue and if we waited until Monday for the work to be done it would be 20% less. We already did the basic diagnostic so knew it had something to do with the pump or wiring. We decided that for $180. We would have them come and figure out the issue. We understand paying employees overtime. Ian arrived about 1 hour later quoted us over $6000 to replace the pump and wiring. When we said we would wait until Monday to decide how we wanted to proceed, we were given a bill for $451. Which would not come off bill if we decided to go with them. Decided to have a family member come and for less than $200. And a bit of muscle we had water again. Less than 4 hours. Again we get paying overtime but $451 for less than 1 hour and no material was a ridiculous amount of money.

After an issue repairing a leaking shower head, Tom Beil personally called me to talk through the issues and was able to correctly find the right replacement cartridge that differed from the norm. Complete satisfaction after working through it together. Much respect for Tom to handle my concern in a professional manner. Highly recommend Tim Beil Plumbing!

Excellent customer service. I called and spoke to Donna, she was super sweet and got me scheduled same day. Tucker came to check on my hot water heater. He was kind and was able to quickly find the issue. Unfortunately the entire water heater needs replacing.
