Horrible. We had Timothy Off install a new HVAC system in late November 2024. Since then we have had at least 4 instances when the heating system shut down entirely and would not function. We just recently used Middletown HVAC and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them if you need HVAC services/repair. Timothy Off is horrific. The 1st time our brand new HVAC broke down was in February 2025 (less than 2 months after installation). The unit shut down and the tech charged us over $500 to replace tubing that he claimed was clogged because we run our fireplace often (makes zero sense). The issue wasn’t fixed and they had to send a 2nd tech out. I demanded a refund since the initial repair didn’t fix the issue and the system was brand new. The next tech said he had no idea why we were charged or why they said the tubing caused the issues. We had to have them out for repairs two more times after that. During our most recent issue, in January 2026, the heat stopped working when it was -4 degrees and a Timothy Off tech came to the house to repair it. He identified that the initial install crew from Timothy Off only wired 5 kw of the 15 kw needed for our 4-ton unit. The service manager, Joe, confirmed Timothy Off did the installation incorrectly. The tech fixed that and poured hot water over the outdoor unit’s blade (it froze) then left. The heat still didn’t increase after over 8 hours running so I called Joe, the service manager, to get another tech out to our house. He told me the heat was being “absorbed by the furniture” but assured me the heat would begin increasing and told me to call back later. The temperature began DROPPING so I called back and he quickly sent the same tech to our house. The tech manual re-wired a few things and two days later our Nest thermostat was completely fried so the heat wouldn’t turn on. At this point, a snow storm was coming and Timothy Off said the earliest they could send a tech out was in 3 days so we would have had no heat until then. We called another company, Middletown HVAC, around midnight and they had a tech at our house within 30 minutes! Turns out the Timothy Off tech dangerously re-wired a low voltage wire to a high voltage connector, which fried the heat package and fried two thermostats (our original Nest and a brand new Sensi Touch 2). Our new HVAC company said this could have started a fire in our house so they ordered a new heat package and offered to bring us space heaters in the meantime. I am thanking God for Middletown HVAC coming to the rescue! I will NEVER EVER use Timothy Off again. I have receipts from every single service they provided and cannot believe we have wasted so much time and money with them over the past year.

Phil was our master plumber who serviced our BackFlo inspection. He sent pictures of the repairs needed. Waited for our approval and bought and installed the what was needed in one day. Phil also observed other services needed. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend! I am also going to now use Phil for our plumbing needs in the building for the future.

Great experience from start to finish with our new Bosch family members! Dan (Project Manager) was great to speak with and provided ample information as well as straight forward answers and most importantly did not make us feel forced or rushed into a decision. I let him know that I was waiting on another quote and he gave me space and provided information which I verified via Google to compare apples to apples for these quotes. He went above and beyond by matching the low end quote from the other company which was great. In turn this made us make the decision for the mid Range unit instead of the low end. The technicians who completed the install were great. They were very respectful of our house and made sure to use tarps and shoe covers during the install. They also left everything clean when they wrapped up. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the whole process was. I would highly recommend Timothy Off and hope you have a great experience as well.

After my wife and I moved our baby into a home that was falsely listed as having a working heating system we were scrambling. Timothy Off completed an entire $ 18,000 overhaul of the entire system. Chandler, Brian and Jim were timely, respectful and professional throughout the entire install. Thus far I am very pleased with the service received.

We just had all three of our mechanical systems (Heater, HVAC and water heater) replaced by Timothy Off. We couldn't be happier! From start to finish, great job. The installers were terrific, friendly and knowledgeable. They were respectful of my property and cleaned up so that you never knew any work had been done. They took the time to give me easy to understand answers to my questions. I'm very happy with the equipment selected by Timothy Off to meet my needs now and for many years to come. Great job- I highly recommend them. Dan Lippen, Project Manager, was also easy to work with and followed up with me in a timely manner on all scheduling and financing options. Looking forward to enjoying my new systems.

We used Timothy Off for many years and had the maintenance plan with them. Then they merged/got bought out by Signature and it has since gone downhill. One of the best things about Timothy Off before the merger was customer service and that is unfortunately now lacking. The last straw was when we lost hot water on a Sunday morning. We called at 10am and got an appointment for the same day with a 2-4pm window. We were so happy that Timothy Off would come to the rescue. 5pm - no one was there yet so we called and left a message. 6pm - called again, emailed, texted. No response. 8pm - called again, emailed, texted. No response. Monday morning at 9am the office called to say "sorry". We requested a call from the manager. No call or email or anything. That Wednesday, we called the office again to discuss with the manager. Again, no call or email or anything. Then received a reminder email to "schedule our regular maintenance service" on Thursday. This was about a month or two ago. Still haven't heard from that manager. Guess it didn't matter to keep our business. Oh well!

Woody (my technician for 2 visits) and the entire Signature team were helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I am glad I selected Signature to replace my entire HVAC system and will continue to use them for service in the future.
