Tommy Malozi Jr Sewer, Drain, and Plumbing

Tommy and his nephew were very gracious in helping us on a Friday night with our sewage pump in our basement. The Malozi's were the initial installers of said pump many years ago, Tommy took time out from a family celebration, patiently described how to resolve the problem over the phone and we later completed the task and of course it worked and fixed our issue. I can't tell you how helpful this was in our situation and the fact that Tommy took the time to explain the solution to us was beyond what we expected. This company was helpful, knowledgeable and, friendly during our initial install years ago and went the extra mile to help us again with an issue years later. I highly recommend them since they take care of all their customers in the same way and we truly appreciate their efforts.

I had a problem with my sump pump in the basement, when I called him he asked me to send a picture so I actually sent a video along with a picture and he came that same day.... fixed the problem and also fixed another problem I had with something else while he was here. Tommy & Jimmy were professional, personable, prompt and priced fair. They did a great job and came when promised. The plumbing issue was diagnosed and fixed within less than an hour. I definitely will call on then when next there is a plumbing issue and recommend them 100% for their services.
