Our technicians, Eddie and Jacob, were very polite and pleasant to deal with. We were able to communicate easily with them about our issues and what we wanted. Kaiden from Towers Plumbing came out to give us an estimate for a gas hookup, and I’m insanely impressed with his skill set and professionalism. He explained everything clearly, made sure I understood the process, and kept safety as his top priority. It’s rare to find someone who’s both technically skilled and great at communicating. I’m truly thankful for him and the Towers Plumbing team, definitely recommend!

Trey, the plumber, was here within an hour. He replaced a leaking water pressure regulator. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. The repair looks really good and the cost was reasonable. I would definitely use their service again and would refer them to friends and family.

Towers Plumbing is honestly one of the best plumbing companies we've gone through. I appreciate the care, the attention to detail and how easy it was walking through the process. David Reyes was servicing our house today. Super kind, incredibly detailed, made sure we understood where he was working, what he was doing and how long it would take. 10/10 would recommend anyone to go here, especially if you have an old home like ours!

Kevin did great! He did a great job at doing all his due diligence and making us feel safe to be in our house after a gas leak was exposed. Showing us his work and felt easy to talk to. Also humoring us on testing the equipment for any other issues. Would definitely have him come back again.

Caleb was an amazing plumber. Our experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Even though there were hiccups along the way with not being able to get things unclogged, he continued forward and tried different things and it finally worked.

Dallon was great to work with and arrived quickly. He was professional and kind as he explained well what my kitchen faucet needed. I was impressed also with the office and how kind they were listening to what I needed. I have worked with 3 technicians now since December for plumbing and HVAC and they have all been great to work with. I will continue working with Valley.
