We had this company put in a subpump in the basement and have had frozen pipes due to their workers not completing the project correctly they came back a few days ago to "fix" the issue but instead only made a mess of everything and made it look terrible after "insulating" they are supposed to come back next week to really fix the problem so we shall see. Highly don't recommend this company and won't be going through them again.

The builder ran my water lines into the attic and then put only five inches of wall insulation there so in the cold weather my water lines froze. I called Triangle for help. Issac recognized the problem and stated that different insulation should have been installed and it should have been 18 inches of insulation. The lines also needed to be wrapped and insulated themselves. Devin did an amazing job of wrapping my water lines individually and then double wrapped as a group. He also made sure the water lines were pushed down so that when blown insulation is installed it completely covers them. Dave was great at explaining the process and answering all of my questions. He went over my plumbing system with me and let me know to reach out with any questions. Overall great experience!

My husband and I recently bought our house, but noticed some leaking coming from a pipe on our furnace. Triangle came in and were very thorough showing us the pictures and videos from inside where the furnace had multiple deep cracks. From start to finish every employee that we dealt with were amazing! Friendly, worked around our schedules, discussed options, and had fantastic communication with us. If anything comes up we will definitely be using their services again and recommending them to anyone and everyone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My experience with them was not just unprofessional - it was predatory, deceptive, and aggressively intimidating, particularly toward me as a younger female homeowner. The original quote they gave me was an outrageous $6,000 to install smoke and carbon monoxide detectors -- a job that licensed electricians have since confirmed should cost only a fraction of that. They claimed they gave me substantial discount From the original $6000 quote. Their invoice was intentionally vague, offering zero transparency, with one line item: "Custom Task - Hard wiring smoke alarms, includes material and labor: $2,834." When I reduced the number of detectors needed from 10 to 6, the price did not change at all. When I called to question this, they falsely claimed they needed to install a subpanel. This was a complete fabrication -- while they were telling me this, the workers were already in my home hardwiring detectors with the existing electrical system, and at no point did they plan to install any subpanel. When I confronted them, the representative became combative and told me to "pull them from the job" -- while live wires were hanging from my walls -- and said they couldn't refund the partial payment of $1,450 l gave whenever the HVAC salesman. Yes, his own employees called him a salesman, not an engineer as he told us originally immediately therefore, I had no faith that this would actually be refunded. I did not "insist" they stay on the job. I simply did not trust that they would refund my money if they abandoned the job with my home in an unsafe condition. Things escalated further when the male representative came to my home. On two separate occasions, he became so aggressive, confrontational, and loud that I felt unsafe. He was shouting at me inside my own home. I had to tell him to leave, and he refused to leave until I told him multiple times. No homeowner -- and especially no woman alone -- should have to deal with a contractor yelling inside their house and refusing to exit when asked. After that, the job only deteriorated further. They: * Installed the wrong detectors * Left them nonfunctional * Left drywall cut open and wires exposed * Admitted to my mom the detectors weren't working * Failed to install the carbon monoxide detectors we agreed upon * Had to return the next day to fix their own mistakes -- then blamed me for "making them come in on a non-workday" when they left at 3:30 PM the day prior knowing the work was not finished nor were they the right detectors. Currently, I have a chirping, smoke detector, gaping holes in my wall, and they get to work without a permit. After reading many other reviews, it's clear this company engages in a pattern typical of HVAC-style sales scams: inflated pricing, fabricated "required upgrades," pressure tactics, and predatory behavior toward customers they assume won't question them. My experience matches numerous other customers who reported the same treatment, pricing games, and intimidation. Because of all of this, I am filing formal complaints with: * The Pennsylvania Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division * The PA Home Improvement Contractor Licensing Board * Local authorities for deceptive business practices and intimidation Women in particular should be warned: their behavior toward me was not only dishonest but frighteningly aggressive. There are many professional, ethical electricians out there -- this company is absolutely not one of them. Above all you will get screamed at if you bring anything up to any of the mails, but don't be folded by the female Manager. While she acted kind to me, the male who came into my house today, made it very clear that she complained of our phone conversation and stated I kept her on the phone too long when I repeatedly said, I don't wanna keep you on the phone and tried to hang up because I didn't have time to repeatedly point out that they just need to come back and do their jobs. Absolutely horrendous.

We had a boiler go out. Called them for a quote to switch our hot water to electric. We went with them due to the financing option. Of course to our luck none of them would work. We had an amazing experience with them they worked with us. Knocked over half the price off and let us pay them in monthly payments directly, instead of going through the financing services. Issac and his manager were amazing to work with and really helped us when we needed it most. Thank you!

David was wonderful to work with! He came out and assessed our water leak, walked us through options and price points very clearly, and installed what was needed seamlessly. As first time home owners, his knowledge, expertise, and kindness made us feel better about the whole process! Highly recommend David in particular, as well as Triangle overall!
