The best plumbing service in the city! The representative I spoke with provided excellent customer service and was able to schedule a same-day inspection for our bathroom pipe. The technician, Mr. Garrett, called me immediately after completing the inspection to review the repair quote, and the pricing was completely transparent. He also took the time to thoroughly explain the cause of the issue and the necessary repair work in detail. The repair was completed within an hour and a half, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. I truly appreciate the outstanding service, and we look forward to working with Trident Plumbing again in the future.

This is the 2nd house that we've had Trident install a whole house water softener and RO system. Price was fair, communication good and professional, friendly service. The technician cleaned up and provided quick service. We will continue to use them for the yearly filter service.

Trident came out the next day and repaired a tub drain with no issues. The price was a tad higher than I would have liked but the one year warranty makes up for it. In addition, Quintin was friendly, personable and overall was great! He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions (I like to learn how to fix things on my own). He even provided advice on a separate clean out leak we had and helped prepare me on how to fix it myself, even telling me exactly what cap to pick up at Home Depot. I was able to run out and get it and fix the leak with his advice in an hour for $10! Highly recommend!

My earring fell into the shower drain today. It has massive sentimental value (and significant monetary value too) to me. In a panic, we called Trident to help retrieve it. Quintin from Trident was able to be here a few hours later and fish it out for me. I am so thankful for the quick service and successful recovery. THANK YOU!

Plumbers were professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant experience. They also gave further explanation on a few future projects for which I had questions. Receptionist/office is available and answers quickly. Very kind, calm, and empathetic to our situation. Pleasant, efficient, and helpful. She showed concern about our situation. Overall experience was calm, professional, and I didn't leave the situation feeling something was off or hidden, like some sus companies. I highly recommend Trident! If I could give more than five stars I would, we had an emergency situation with a water leak and Trident was here within 90 minutes and was able to diagnose and take care of it quickly and get the water turned back on that evening. Tyler was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. I really appreciated how well he explained what happened, possibilities as to how it happened and the process to the solution. This is our second time using Trident and will not be our last.

Great customer service and execution of repairs. Had an emergency leak and Trident had a representative out within 30 minutes. They we able to diagnosis and fix the repair immediately. Their tech Tyler was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. 5 stars all the way around!

Sergio did an amazing job! He came out and provided estimate and we asked if he could complete the job the same day after receiving estimate. He said he would and he did not leave until job was complete. He ran into issues and ended up being at our home until 10:30 pm until he got it all done. I noticed a slight leak after he left and was able to catch up with him before he had driven away and he came right back in and fixed the leak and checked the other toilets and assured they were all taken care of and said if there were any additional issues to call office and he would come right back out. Sergio was very professional and kept his cool when things got challenging. Sergio has a very calm demeanor which is very helpful when you run into challenges. Trident is always great to work with and Sergio is great. Another person (didn't get his name) came out to help Sergio with the challenges and he was great also. I highly recommend Trident and hopefully Sergio will be the plumber they send but if not we have had other good plumbers from Trident in the past!
