We had an incredible experience with True Plumbing! Our water heater needed replacing, and from the moment we contacted them, everything was smooth, professional, and efficient. A special shoutout to East, who was absolutely outstanding. His deep plumbing knowledge not only ensured the installation was flawless, but he also saved us hundreds of dollars by identifying a more cost-effective and efficient solution that other companies completely missed. East and Jason are both punctual, friendly, and explained everything clearly. It's rare to find people who combines technical expertise with such great customer service. We’re so glad we chose True Plumbing and will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I had an issue with my water heater and couldn’t figure it out, so I called True Plumbing here in Grantsville (they’re my go-to plumbers). Britney answered the phone—she was super friendly, professional, and had me scheduled quickly without any hassle. Jason showed up right on time and got my water heater running again. He took the time to explain what was going on in plain terms and gave me my options without any pressure. He also pointed out a couple of code updates that will need to be addressed down the road, and the recommendations were very reasonable. I really appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and just how approachable and helpful he was. It’s refreshing to work with a company that’s not only skilled but also genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend True Plumbing—five stars all the way.

Jason with True Plumbing replaced the plastic water line that broke in my kitchen. It’s the one that runs behind the cabinets to the fridge and gives us fresh water and wonderful ice. The plastic line broke and caused massive water damage as you can see. Jason installed a shiny new steel line that will not kink, leak or break! He was very pleasant to work with and very quick. Britany referred me to EPIC Restoration for the demolition and water damage and they have been awesome. They are dealing with my insurance and they also cleaned up well after themselves. I like family owned businesses such as True Plumbing. You get treated like family, not just a consumer/customer. Thank you True Plumbing
