Kobe was amazing and great he did show me positive results and he did suggest products. I explained to him what we have and he was like if that works for you keep it up. I'm not a sales rep you do what works for you. He was great at explaining some results and I hope he comes back next time for Spring tune up. I miss Shawn but still Love True Pros and there team!!!

My furnace went out and my husband and I originally contacted another HVAC company that recommended replacing our 6 year old furnace. We called True Pros to get a second opinion and they rearranged their schedule to come out to my home within a day. Paige was our technician and she was the absolute best person to ever visit my home for a repair of any kind. Super friendly and was able to complete solve not only my issue, but also another problem created by the original repairman that looked at my unit. We for sure will be repeat customers and will request Paige again for any future HVAC related needs.

Paige and Jones came to service my furnace and do a plumbing inspection and they were so pleasant to work with. They answered all my questions and provided excellent tips. I have also had excellent assistance from Becky, their dispatcher. Love my True Pros and highly recommend them to my family and friends.

I've had 2 HVAC systems installed by TruPros Both were great experiences. Recently I needed an after hours service call and met their technician Kobe. Kobe was hands down the best technician I have worked with. Extremely professional, very friendly and thorough. With people like this you can't go wrong with them.

I had a new water heater installed 2 years ago by True Pros. They were great and did a wonderful job. A few weeks ago my pilot light went out and i had to restart it. Well, it went out almost a dozen more times over the next few weeks. I thought that somehow the new filter on my furnace/AC unit was pulling or pushing too much air and causing it to go out. I called True Pros and asked them to take a look for peace of mind since I'm in the process of selling my home. Johnathan came out today and found out the gas regulator(?) was faulty and needed to be replaced. Luckily it was still covered under warranty. He was quick to get ahold of the supplier to ensure the parts were available. He kept me informed of everything going on from the moment he arrived to the moment he left. He noticed another issue that was missed during install and was able to take care of that for me as well. Very impressed with the work, the response time and knowledge shared during the process. Thank you!!

Jim Murphy was an amazing technician. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and why. This was all done as a free second opinion and saved me thousands. Initially I chose this company for a second opinion for the fact that it was ' Woman Owned' I love to see this and will support it whenever possible. I have only had positive experiences with True Pros. They are friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. Jonathan was very helpful with draining our water heater, and we have gotten many other services from them, as well. I would definitely recommend them!
