Kobe was amazing and great he did show me positive results and he did suggest products. I explained to him what we have and he was like if that works for you keep it up. I'm not a sales rep you do what works for you. He was great at explaining some results and I hope he comes back next time for Spring tune up. I miss Shawn but still Love True Pros and there team!!!
My furnace went out and my husband and I originally contacted another HVAC company that recommended replacing our 6 year old furnace. We called True Pros to get a second opinion and they rearranged their schedule to come out to my home within a day. Paige was our technician and she was the absolute best person to ever visit my home for a repair of any kind. Super friendly and was able to complete solve not only my issue, but also another problem created by the original repairman that looked at my unit. We for sure will be repeat customers and will request Paige again for any future HVAC related needs.
Kobe did an amazing job! I’m so happy with the way the fireplace works now and how it looks. He’s also an incredibly nice and professional person. I’d recommend him and TruePros to anyone.
