Overall very easy and smooth process with the company to get our tankless hot water heater scheduled and install date/time set up. Took less than 30mins from start to finish. Danny and back the next day and completed the entire install and clean up in the morning. By lunch time everything was up and running and smooth sailing. Very friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely work with him in the future if needed.

I reached out to this company for a routine check up for my old unit (manufactured in 1995). I was met by Luis and another associate. Spent an hour or so together going through my old and tired system that I knew needed to be replaced. They went through my options but were not pushy at all and it was quite pleasant. They were able to provide me with multiple options laying out the benefits to each. I was provided with a quote they allowed me to "shop around" for a few days. After reaching out to a few other companies their estimate was the least expensive by far. Even including options other companies did not such as 0% financing for 12 months, which I did take advantage of. John and Michael were a huge help with this! The install was performed by Dakota and another member of the team. The showed up on time and perfomred the work diligently as promised. We were enjoying ice cold air only a few short hours later. I even had a follow up appointment with them a few days later for an entire duct cleaning service that went very well too. Great team, great communication, fast and frendly. What more could you ask for?

Aaron was friendly and replaced my laundry room light in less than 20 minutes. I have used Tucker Hill services a few times now and give them high marks. I contacted this company for a quote on a minor repair. Jason arrived on time and was polite and professional. He quickly provided detailed information and also diagnosed a major issue with my water heater on site. Repairs were completed within 24 hours and Jason gave the best installation we could ask for. Highly recommended and I will be a long time customer!

Just bought a house and hit two urgent issues at once: a badly rusted water heater and extremely hard water. Called for a free quote. They came out fast, and instead of the basic filter I’d been planning, they recommended a full water conditioner. Next morning they were back working. In about 5 hours they replaced the heater, installed the conditioner, swapped a toilet, and fixed a P-trap. Total came to roughly $13K with discounts but was $15K. I didn’t shop around so I can’t speak to whether it was the best price out there, but the crew was kind, direct, and efficient. No regrets for now we’ll see how it holds up but I have great hope! Also thanks to The Angie app they had quick response times!

Daniel was out yesterday after having a new AC installed the day before. It turned out that while the installers were in our attic installing the air handler, the 2 year old unit had a freon leak. We gad just had Tucker Hill out a few days earlier to service both units. The 2 year old one checked out great but the 16 year old unit needed to be replaced. We made arrangements gor the new unit to be installed on Monday. It seems strange that all was good at the service call but there was a leak while the installers were in our attic. They took zero responsibility for the leak and wanted $3500.00 to braze a fitting and put in approximately 10.5 pounds of Freon. I was told the manager would call to discuss the issue. No call! Daniel came back today and spent most of tbe day working on the new unit because it wouldn’t cool down overnight. He fid s lot of work determining the problem snd ended up adding approx. 3 pounds of freon.Daniel seems to be a very good and detailed tech. At this time, communication with management has been non existent, even after I was promised a call to resolve the issues. I can’t recommend Tucker Hill at this time. If there is a resolution, I will update. I am sorry it turned out this way. We have always had good experiences on the plumbing side. Andrew did great! He was very kind and wanted to know we were happy. Things were working when he left. We just had to wait for the house to cool down. We still may be having issues with our new unit. We’ll see this weekend when we get back home.

Great service...Lucas made the purchase, scheduling, QC post install and financing easy. Luis and the installers were efficient and thorough. Luis G's troubleshooting afterwords of a minor issue was quick and successful. Great job all around. Follow up inspection by Luis after re-roofing by another contractor was, prompt and insightful. Much appreciated.
