Overall very easy and smooth process with the company to get our tankless hot water heater scheduled and install date/time set up. Took less than 30mins from start to finish. Danny and back the next day and completed the entire install and clean up in the morning. By lunch time everything was up and running and smooth sailing. Very friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely work with him in the future if needed.

I reached out to this company for a routine check up for my old unit (manufactured in 1995). I was met by Luis and another associate. Spent an hour or so together going through my old and tired system that I knew needed to be replaced. They went through my options but were not pushy at all and it was quite pleasant. They were able to provide me with multiple options laying out the benefits to each. I was provided with a quote they allowed me to "shop around" for a few days. After reaching out to a few other companies their estimate was the least expensive by far. Even including options other companies did not such as 0% financing for 12 months, which I did take advantage of. John and Michael were a huge help with this! The install was performed by Dakota and another member of the team. The showed up on time and perfomred the work diligently as promised. We were enjoying ice cold air only a few short hours later. I even had a follow up appointment with them a few days later for an entire duct cleaning service that went very well too. Great team, great communication, fast and frendly. What more could you ask for?

Aaron was friendly and replaced my laundry room light in less than 20 minutes. I have used Tucker Hill services a few times now and give them high marks.
