Called to ask about water softener system, spoke with Lisa who was very informative and helpful. Ended up having a AO Smith water softener installed by Jose. He was very friendly, on time and did a nice job of installing it where we wanted it. He answered all our questions on the unit, how to use it and how it works. Already notice a big difference in our water, he said we would see a difference in 2-3 days but we noticed it that same day. Would recommend Tucson Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Tucson Plumbing to the rescue. Ron is our main contact and we have all positive feedback. The entire experience was above and beyond all our expectations. Communication was on point. Price lower by 20% than competitor. Ron coordinated with our other contractor and it was effortless on our side. We live in phoenix and that requires crystal clear communication to articulate problem, option and recommendations. I give them a solid 5 stars and have to add on they are all very customer oriented and personable. One of the techs befriended our puppy and plans in the work to grab lunch with hubby next time in town. They all went above and beyond! Installed new sewer line from clean outs to a few feet from curb hooked into existing clay pipe coming from street. These guys always pull through. I had a major water leak, and they were able to come out the next day to deal with it. The technician was Gabriel, and he was very considerate and helpful in resolving the issue and answering my questions. Also, during the visit, we discovered my water pressure was dangerously high. He was able to come out the very next day and fix that as well. I have worked with Tucson Plumbing a few other times in the past and they've been consistently excellent. Highly recommend!

We had our tankless water heater flushed for the first time. Gabriel was incredibly informative as I asked numerous questions about this heater and one we have on a rental property that, unfortunately, we have not had maintained as well. I felt, as a woman, that he acknowledged the understanding I already had, and filled in the gaps with needed details. It was so refreshing to not be 'talked down to". We also discussed several options for water treatment with no pressure to decide until my husband and I are ready to have that conversation.

Tucson Plumbing is well run, good to work with, and I readily got an appointment. Our technician, Adrian Thyng, was awesome! He was professional, polite, friendly, and very patient with questions. We enjoyed working with him! Our shower head was completely clogged up. He quickly found the underlying problem was with our water softener that was no longer working, resulting in the blocked shower and mineral deposits. Adrian installed a new water softener system and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him and Tucson Plumbing.

From Judith Hicks. My personal experience with the water issue in my home was incredible. After having to deal with the water company and trash pick-up in the alley way driving over my water meter with NO RESULT from either company and my water leaking in my home. There was NO other choice but to make an emergency call to the only company I trust and that company is Tucson Plumbing and Heating. To be totally honest, the in-office personnel were very understanding, professional, and I had the issue resolved in THE SAME DAY with Adrian as the service provider. The issue was resolved in a VERY professional manner and I had a VERY pleasant exchange with Adrian as he explained the work necessary and let me ask questions without me feeling like an old person asking obvious questions. Adrian did the work and SUCCESS was accomplished in a timely manner. In my opinion Andrian is my ANGEL. May 2026- We had our tankless water heater serviced. We were fortunate to have Jose as our tech again and he did a fantastic job...no surprise there. Thank you! February 2026 - We recently had a water treatment system installed in our home. Lisa in the main office was so friendly, knowledgeable and patiently answered our many questions which put us at ease. Jose the installation tech was friendly, efficient and thoroughly explained the system while also answering our questions. I had a ruptured hot water line that had a repair done but was wondering if the line should be replaced so I called Tucson Plumbing. They sent Adrian to insect the line and determine what should be done. Adrian knew his business and after thorough inspection deemed no further work was needed. Saving me over $1000.
