Kevin & Fernando of Tucson Plumbing & Drain helped my partner & I walk through a potentially stressful & nerve-wracking situation with confidence & ease. Our 78 y.o. home needed to have a 2-way sewage clean-out installed, and the fragile kitchen drainage pipes needed to be replaced. Kevin took time to carefully determine what kind of work needed to be done, explained it to us in clear & direct terms, worked with us to charge a fee that he & we could all feel comfortable with, and then completed the work in a timely fashion. It was a pleasure to have both Kevin and his associate, Fernando, on our property. Fernando was hard-working, warm, and friendly. In order to replace our kitchen drainage system it was necessary to knock a hole in a brick wall and dig a trench across our back yard. Kevin took care of bringing in subcontractors who charged reasonable fees to do this work. My partner and I really appreciated Kevin’s skill, as well as his friendly and forthright manner. We felt comfortable having the kinds of direct conversations that ultimately inspired trust. We feel really good about the process of working with Kevin & Fernando and about the end result.

Want to thank Kevin and Fernando for their excellent service today. With an unexpected clog in the kitchen line, they came in and quickly assessed and resolved the issue. Given the timing of when the work was needed to be done and the different companies that came in to do inspections/estimates, they were hands down the best option. Very reasonable pricing with attention to meeting their customers needs. I feel fortunate I was able to find them, I'd highly recommend these guys and you won't be disappointed.

Our house was having water heater issues initially, but after inspection we found out that the entire piping system was galvanized steel and incredibly damaged. Tucson Plumbing and Drain replaced our water heater, repiped our entire house, flushed and descaled our sewer line, and repaired and replaced the interior sinks and fittings. The work was done in just under a week, with constant communication throughout the whole process. They never talked down to us or offered things we didn't need. The plumbing work itself was great; neat cuts made to work inside our home for easy repair later, and they cleaned up after the job was done. Overall I was impressed with how transparent they were with the work as well as how quickly it was done. The owner did a great job and I will absolutely be calling them for future plumbing needs!
