Let's start with it has been over two weeks since my initial call was placed to fix my heat, and it still has not been done and the technician scheduled continues to get pushed back and rescheduled. - First technician comes out the 23rd- refuses to look at the outdoor unit. - They send 2nd tech out 24th (no mind, had to cancel Christmas eve plans), he tells me there is a clog, most likely error with install, he reaches out to mgr and tells me, mgr will reach out to get someone out to fix it. -no word from mgr or company to schedule -I call on 12/29 am- they tell me it is in mgr hands, he was off should reach out in 24hrs... no cal - called back on 12/30 afternoon towards end of day and said "I tried to wait patiently, but it's been 24 hours and still have yet to hear from the mgr" _____ they responded he should be calling me tomorrow and they schedule a technician to come out and look at machine again for 1/2. - Finally hear from a Mgr about 1 hour later. Apparently a tech was supposed to be out last Friday (26th) and it was never booked. Mgr tells me he will schedule someone for Wed 31st and he will come out also. - 12/31: different tech comes looks for 30 mins, says other tech was wrong and it's a reverse valve that is broke and that is not a install error, but happens with wear ( unit is only 3 years old)- $2000 to fix now- if it ever gets fix. -schedule to have someone fix for 1/2- canceled rescheduled to 1/5 - 1/5 delayed to afternoon to fix vs am for a fix that will then run the tech 6 hours - unit still not fixed after 2 weeks, electric bill >$500 to keep some sort of heat in house, and within the same company I am being told it is a different issue. (This seems like a scam, they made an error with install but find another reason so that they can charge the customer) This company is not honest and has no follow up on communication, and it is clear it's from the top down.

This business is horrible and I definitely do not recommend them. I bought a brand new furnace and A/C unit and they never installed it correctly, and now I just had to pay $1800 to HL Bowman to have this thing finally vented correctly.! Now UGI home services is fighting me on paying that bill. Avoid this business at all costs!!!!’nn

I hate writing reviews. I am a Grumpy old Vet and nobody seems to live up to my expectations as far a Contractor goes. That is until now. These guys are top notch, experts in the field. They replaced my entire HVAC system with Military Precision. All Techs were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and polite. They answered my questions and dealt with my concerns that made me feel at ease and comfortable in my decision to hire this company. The system works great, and I knew there would be some tweaking needed after installation. Once I called, they responded quickly to my calls for service. Again being friendly in addressing my concern’s, and tweaked it, they did Outstanding. If you ever get into home remodeling, I have a Job for you. LOL. Thank you all. I can’t say enough good things about you. Just don't Slack off and make me recant this review! LOL

Final edit: It took longer than I'd have hoped, but they did pay for the damages. I appreciated them standing behind their work, although it doesn't entirely make up for the aggravation they caused. Edit 6/16/20: I did hear back from the company today - they've agreed to cover the damage without argument. I appreciate that they stand by their service, and I'm updating the review for now. I'll revisit it again once the issue is resolved. As a service contract holder, I have historically been quite a strong proponent of UGI. However, my recent experience with the company hasn't been great. The last guy who came out to fix a problem we had took a lot longer to get in contact than he said he would, then told me that there was an additional fix he had to make that would head off future problems. At the time I was grateful for the consideration and forethought, but then subsequently it appears that he made a mistake that resulted in water pouring down through my daughter's ceiling a couple of weeks later. I'm sure it wasn't intentional, but obviously it's upsetting to suddenly discover a dirty waterfall in your child's bedroom. More annoyingly, when I called UGI to get help with my ongoing problem, it took half a dozen phone calls and a full day to get someone to show up to fix it - and I'm still waiting to hear back about the damage to my house. The person I spoke to on the phone yesterday promised that a manager would call me yesterday. They didn't. I just got off the phone with them again - they made the same promise. We'll see. It's possible that UGI will turn this experience around... but it's not looking good right now.

Had a leak in my connection on expansion tank. Called at 11:30pm got central number agent was not very sympathetic. Gave me an appointment 2 days away. Called again next day. Got local office, not home serve, Pat answered and couldn’t be more helpful. Apologized for previous agent. Offered me an appointment right away 3 hrs later. I thank her for her professionalism. Service tech arrived at my home, name of John. Very professional, very courteous, very clean. Did a wonderful job replacing expansion tank and release valve. I am very pleased with second crew and phone call.

they start construction at 6 am, every morning it’s absolutely ridiculous, and they left a whole bunch of debris on the road and keep leaving their equipment infront of peoples property. it seems as if the team does not have common sense or any regard for the people around them.
