I cannot recommend Unique Plumbing enough! After a month of frustration with another company, we called Unique on Friday (1/9). They were out by Monday (1/12) to properly assess our water heater and had a brand-new one installed and running perfectly by Wednesday (1/14). Their customer service and communication are top-notch—they actually answer the phone, keep you updated, and are incredibly professional. They went above and beyond by helping us encourage our home warranty company to authorize a full replacement, which was a huge relief after being without hot water for so long. We did have to pay a small fee for the upgrade, but it was worth every penny to have the job done right and in such a timely manner. If you want a company that is reliable, fast, and truly cares about their customers, call Unique Plumbing. They made a very stressful situation so much easier!
