Consider this a 6-star review. if there was a hall of fame for plumbing companies, Utah Best Plumbing would be in it. we run a busy restaurant in Orem that’s open every day, with constant action from 8am to 4pm and then another couple hours of heavy cleaning when our sinks and dishwashers really get a workout. so, when our pipes clogged up (and they really did), we needed help fast. we tried calling four different places that say they’re '24/7' and 'fast response' and all that stuff, but none of them even picked up, even though it was a weekend. the next morning, i sent a message and got a call back from Brantley in less than half an hour! he and Randall showed up super quick, got right to work, and cleared everything up fast. they were friendly, professional, and left everything cleaner than when they started. they even surprised us by giving our staff a nice tip for some food and drinks we gave them during the job. that’s how you treat customers! anyone who leaves less than 3 stars for plumbers like these just doesn’t get it. since then, we’ve had more plumbing work done—things like fixing a syphon under a small handwashing sink and replacing an o-ring on a double faucet. the prices are a bit higher now, but with service this reliable and friendly, it’s still worth it. overall, really glad we found a plumber we can count on, especially in a busy place like ours.

Julian did outstanding work for us! After having two other plumbers visit our home in Orem and turn down the job, a neighbor recommended Utah Best Plumbing. I gave them a call, left a message, and Julian got back to me that same morning to schedule a time to take a look at our plumbing problems. He arrived on time and let us know he could handle everything we needed. On the day of service, it only took about four hours for him to remove an old dishwasher from the 1950s, put in a brand new dishwasher, install a new shower faucet, and fix a leaky faucet in the bathroom.
