I had just moved into a house in Lehi and I had a leak in the basement. Utah Valley Plumbing gave the best price and was able to fix the leak right away. They shared details with me so I could understand the problem and the repair and they were very kind to the curious children at our home.

I called desperate to find a plumber to fix my do-yourself bidet installation failure! It's easy they say. Bah! They were accommodating of my emergency and urgent request. And I can't say enough good about Collin and his cheerful service. He was pleasant and efficient. I hope to never have to have a plumber again but if I do, I'll definitely call them again!

I AM SO GRATEFUL!! For backstory: We had roto rooter come and look at it and they tried to convince us digging and getting to the pipe was our only option for $7,000 WITH a discount. Mark immediately took my call to get a second opinion and promptly scheduled a visit after having no water for 5 days. He said majority of the time there is a way without digging up piping. They had their contractor come out and fix our problem after jetting our line . They found our sewer clean out which we didn’t even know we had. I cannot thank him enough for being so prompt, and HONEST! He was also the most affordable plumber we found! HIGHLY recommend!

My fiancé and I put in a laundry unit upstairs a couple of months ago and had UVP install the plumbing. After two previous companies flaking out on us we were in need of a reliable company to help finish our basement plumbing. I recently had my water heater replaced by Utah Valley Plumbing. Tyce R. arrived to evaluate my old water heater which had recently started leaking. It was around 20 years old. Tyce gave me quote, and also let me know they could replace it that same day. He came back that afternoon with all of the parts and did a fantastic job of removing the old water heater and installing the new one. I am attaching a photo, because it shows the quality of work and pride in his work. Tyce was very professional, answered all of my questions, took his time, and delivered exceptional finish work. He also vacuumed up the work area and left it cleaner than when he started. It is great to work with someone who makes you feel like a customer and not an inconvenience. I called Utah Valley Plumbing when a different plumbing company didn't show up for the visit, and they were able to be out to my house the next morning. My backflow was leaking and I wanted to get it fixed before summer starts. Collin was fantastic! He was very kind and explained everything to me in an understandable way, even explained and showcased how I can winterize it when the time comes. I had a call with the owner regarding the specific part I needed to replace and he was incredibly understanding and fair. You can tell he truly cares about not only his business, but his customers as well. I will definitely be calling Utah Valley Plumbing going forward!
