Outstanding Service and Communication – Highly Recommend! From start to finish, my experience with Valdel for a sewer pipe replacement using the pipe burst method was absolutely excellent. Communication was prompt, professional, and consistent every step of the way. The reception team was always courteous and quick to respond, making scheduling and coordination effortless. A HUGE thank you to Stephen Bready, the drain specialist, who truly went above and beyond. Stephen took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process — from the initial inspection to the materials and technology used in the pipe bursting procedure. His depth of knowledge and willingness to share it gave me great confidence in the work being done for me and my parents. Stephen’s attention to detail, transparency, and proactive communication made what could have been a stressful repair feel smooth and straightforward. The entire process was handled efficiently and the on-site work was done within 2 days. A reliable contractor with good communication & without price-gauging charges can be so hard to come by. We had a pretty bad leak at our outdoor spigot, and Valdel Plumbing came out and fixed it without any hassle. They also updated some of the interior plumbing so we now have a proper shutoff for the outside line — something we’d been meaning to do for a while. The work was done professionally, everything was explained clearly, and they made the whole process easy. It was an great experience overall. I’d definitely recommend Valdel Plumbing for anyone who needs reliable, straightforward plumbing work.

Steve was good people. Came in and replaced our old 80 gallon with a tankless unit. Knew his stuff beforehand and answered all my questions and concerns. Took the time to show me everything and how to operate it after.

Same day hot water heater replacement! Valdel sent a text with Steve’s photo before he arrived and he came on time. He worked with me to come up with an affordable solution and did a professional installation. Steve was personable and courteous, and cleaned up when he was finished so that everything was the same as when he arrived. Based on my experience, I can recommend Valdel without reservation.

Wow, I don't know why it took me so long to leave a review! They replaced my basement utility sink shortly before the winter, did a great job, and even took the old severely broken sink away when I told them that they really didn't have to. They were very friendly and the work was very reasonably priced. It's really nice having my washer and dryer back in my basement instead of in my kitchen. Thanks again, and I'm sure I'll need your services again in the not-to-distant future. 
