Outstanding Service and Communication – Highly Recommend! From start to finish, my experience with Valdel for a sewer pipe replacement using the pipe burst method was absolutely excellent. Communication was prompt, professional, and consistent every step of the way. The reception team was always courteous and quick to respond, making scheduling and coordination effortless. A HUGE thank you to Stephen Bready, the drain specialist, who truly went above and beyond. Stephen took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process — from the initial inspection to the materials and technology used in the pipe bursting procedure. His depth of knowledge and willingness to share it gave me great confidence in the work being done for me and my parents. Stephen’s attention to detail, transparency, and proactive communication made what could have been a stressful repair feel smooth and straightforward. The entire process was handled efficiently and the on-site work was done within 2 days. A reliable contractor with good communication & without price-gauging charges can be so hard to come by. They've gained a long-term customer now for all of my properties moving forward. I can’t recommend this team enough for their professionalism, expertise, and top-tier customer service. We had a pretty bad leak at our outdoor spigot, and Valdel Plumbing came out and fixed it without any hassle. They also updated some of the interior plumbing so we now have a proper shutoff for the outside line — something we’d been meaning to do for a while. The work was done professionally, everything was explained clearly, and they made the whole process easy. It was an great experience overall. I’d definitely recommend Valdel Plumbing for anyone who needs reliable, straightforward plumbing work.
