I can’t say enough good things about the service I received from Valdez Brothers Plumbing. Here’s what happened: my water heater completely stopped working—not just a pilot light issue, but fully out. Luckily, it was still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, so I only needed to take care of the plumbing costs. At the time, money was very tight and I was worried I’d be without hot water for days. I reached out after seeing some local recommendations, and Douglas was the plumber who helped me. He was understanding about my situation and even picked up the replacement water heater from the manufacturer’s distribution center before coming out. Douglas explained the whole process to me step by step and gave me a very fair price for the work. Since we’re a military family living paycheck to paycheck, Douglas kindly agreed to wait a few days to deposit my check until payday. I’ve never heard of other plumbing companies in the area being that flexible or accommodating. Later, when I had a problem with leaking pipes due to faulty hardware, Douglas came back and replaced them with better quality parts at no extra charge. Douglas installed a new kitchen sink and faucet for us in Orem. He showed up right on time and was very polite and professional throughout the job. Douglas carefully followed the instructions for both the sink and faucet, making sure everything was put together just right. He treated our project with care instead of just rushing through it. After finishing the installation, Douglas made sure the sink was perfectly level and the seal around it was neat and even. There were no leaks at all, and our new sink and faucet look fantastic. He also cleaned up the area and took away the old sink and faucet, leaving our kitchen spotless.
