I hired this company to install a soft water system at my home. They arrived on time and Brian and Trevor were knowledgeable and courteous and did a great job installing and explaining the system to me. My wife has commented that she can feel a difference in our water. The price was very fair and Chris the owner provided all of the information I needed. Valley home services was fantastic. I called for a clogged drain line flooding my basement and they were out same day. Jordan was super easy to work with and very professional. They called and said between 3-5pm and I received a call asking if he could come for 1pm instead. Only 4 hours from call to arrival and prices were very fair. Would highly recommend

Jordan was awesome to work with. He came 1st thing in the morning and was done quickly and professionally. He was very knowledgeable and did his job with a smile. He addressed all the issues we had and did it all at a fair price. I was covinced when we found the pipe had corroded through we were in for a repair job in the thousands. It was in the hundreds but much better than I thought it would be. He is awesome and I would highly recommend him all day every day! If you need anything plumbing done Jordan is your man! After coming home from after being away for a weekend. We noticed water between our hardwood floor and the slab on grade. After further investigation, we determined it was the water heater that blew out at the seen. We immediately called around and through a very close friend found Valley Home Services. They came out same day, replaced the water heater, fixed the main water shutoff valve. Scott and Parker were amazing and very professional. Service is always big deal to me and these two superseded my expectations. Well done Valley, well done!

Thank you to Parker and Scott! Our hot water went out, and they were able to come out the next morning to fix it. They were both super friendly and very efficient. We bought an old house, and they were able to walk us through several little quirks we were unfamiliar with (random piping, exhausts, etc.) and even did a small bonus repair for us because they already had the parts for it. I really appreciated that they wore plastic booties and cleaned up very well after themselves. Plumbing can get dirty, and you would never know that they were in our house!
