The technicians JUST left my house, so hopefully it isn’t too soon to leave this review, but so far, I’m pretty confident in their work. Mitchell was the one I was working with primarily, and he was efficient, communicative, and very thorough. He thought of things I didn’t even think about, taught me what everything does and how it all works which makes me feel like he wants clients to be educated and informed so they can make the right decisions for themselves and their homes. He went as far as to take before and after pictures to document everything, and send me his findings. That helps me feel a bit more secure with his work. I was very impressed and grateful for the honesty and communication. If I had to spend a larger amount, I’m glad it was with this company.

This is the 2nd time David Reyes has been to our house to perform repairs. We specifically requested him because he did so good the first time. He did great again today. He is professional, courteous, on time and cleaned up after himself. We will continue to use Valley Plumbing and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

I cannot say enough good things about Valley Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling. JT, Jay, and Austin were absolutely amazing the whole time. They replaced our furnace and AC unit, and in the process discovered that our furnace was leaking carbon monoxide. They immediately made our family’s safety their top priority and worked quickly to make our home safe again. Without them, our family could have run the risk of being seriously harmed by the dangerous carbon monoxide in our home. We truly cannot say thank you enough. They found the leak one afternoon and had a brand-new unit installed the very next day, which was incredible. JT was especially patient and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. He was very genuine in his desire to help our family have a safe, warm, carbon-monoxide-free home. All three technicians were extremely respectful of me, my home, and my family. They even warned me ahead of time if something was going to be extra loud so it wouldn’t scare my baby—which meant so much to me. Jay was so polite and respectful, always addressing me with “Yes, ma’am.” They explained everything clearly, showed me exactly where to look, and gave easy-to-understand descriptions. This made me feel confident both in my understanding and in the quality of their work. I also really appreciated that when I scheduled my first appointment, I received a text confirmation with a photo and personal bio of the technician who would be coming to my home. That level of professionalism and transparency really stood out. They were punctual, showed up exactly when they said they would, and communicated clearly through both text and phone calls. Despite the difficult layout of my home, they handled every challenge with ease and made a complicated job look effortless. Overall, I am incredibly impressed by the honesty, professionalism, and strong moral character of this company. I am seriously considering making cookies to take to their office just to say thank you! You can truly tell this company is run by genuinely good people. I highly recommend Valley Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling.

These guys are the best! Dean, Lae, & Travis spent hour and hours trying to solve a crossover problem and never gave up! They’re hardworking, honest, and are just good, kind people that I would trust for any plumbing problem. I highly recommend Valley Plumbing and would give them 10 stars if possible.

Trayten Tebbs was our technician today. He was on time and ready to go. I had planned to have an estimate for installation of a water pressure regulator but when he gave me the bid he said he could install it right away so I said going ahead. He was so fast, with quality work. We had to have a small cut out of the sheet rock to do the install. He did a beautiful job so it will be easily repaired. He also supplied me with a name to restore the cut out. I highly recommend Valley Plumbing. I was wowed by everything about them. What a pleasant surprise!!

JT did a very thorough job giving us advice on the various systems they could install. He also stopped by to check everything out when they were finished. Benny and Caleb did a great job installing my heater/AC. They were very fast and it was done correctly the first time. The house has had a nice and even temperature since they left. I've also used Valley for plumbing jobs as well and they did a great job. Would highly recommend them!

The technicians Kaiden and Austin did an incredibly friendly, intelligent and professional job. They replaced the entire system of old galvanized pipes that were rusted and silted in with pex. They were hard working and enthusiastic and took great care to make sure everything was completed and working well. I used them again (they had done a great job last year of replacing drain pipes) because they were hard working and trustworthy.

We have used valley plumbing multiple times. Mitch Moline was very professional and very knowledgeable. He replaced our pressure regulator valve. Very clean work!

Jay was outstanding! He knew his stuff he fixed it. He ran a lot of tests so that it was all correct! He was kind, polite, respectful he was actually delightful! We had to move my kitchen table so he could get in the mechanical closet, he vacuumed the rug under the table! Caleb is the most amazingly wonderful technician. He spent the better part of 8 hours diagnosing our water hammer problem. He was very patient with me and my questions about the process. He was the only technician in over 6 months to properly diagnose AND remove the issue by installing a water hammer arrestor on the toilet. I cannot state enough how happy I am with how wonderfully kind and knowledgeable he was
