They were prompt and efficient. Had another company scheduled to come between 9am-1pm. Received a text from that company at 12:14 PM that they would not be coming today and will be coming the following day. Immediately canceled that and called Valley plumbing, they made it up to my property within one hour. Very pleased and will refer them again and again in my real estate business!

One of Valley plumbing's technician named Jeremy Gellersen did an amazing job. He came out fast on the first day of calling. He did a full inspection. He made sure to find anything that needed to be fixed and he would let you know first. He fixed everything that he found. I'm so grateful to hire these guys. One of my best experiences in hiring someone to fix plumbing.

Great experience with Valley Plumbing. Customer service was good. They sent a text to confirm appointment and gave notice when they were on their way for the repair. Kaiden just finished with the job. We needed to have all of our kitchen plumbing removed for new counters to be installed tomorrow. He was outstanding. Very friendly and efficient. He even helped me move a couple of things around. I would highly recommend both Valley Plumbing and Kaiden!

Where do I even begin? Kevin didn’t just clean my HVAC system, he descended upon it like a mechanical poet, a guardian of airflow, a conductor of comfort itself. The system now hums with the grace of a cathedral organ and the confidence of a freshly commissioned locomotive. Dust fears him. Airflow respects him. Static pressure bends to his will. And that furnace filter door? Rebuilt with such care and craftsmanship that future civilizations may one day uncover it and assume it was ceremonial. Truly, Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, meticulous, and incredibly kind throughout the entire visit. It’s rare to meet someone who clearly takes that much pride in their work. And then there’s the message from Angelica: so warm, polished, and eloquently written that for a brief moment I forgot I was discussing HVAC service and not corresponding with a 19th century novelist. The communication from Valley Plumbing, Heating and Cooling feels thoughtful and human, which is increasingly rare these days. Overall, an outstanding experience from start to finish. So far I haven't had any work done with Valley Plumbing but they have been EXTREMELY thoughtful and accommodating with my schedule even after I had to cancel with them!!! They have been MORE THAN understanding!! I'll let you know after they do the work. LOL but I'm sure they will do a great job.

After dealing with a young independent plumber to do the annual flush on my tankless system and who I believe was trying to stick me with repairs not needed, I contacted Valley Plumbing for a second opinion. Trey Hacking came out and looked over my tankless system. He was knowledgeable, friendly and gave me clear answers to my questions. He also made sure that two additional filters, one on water and the other for intake air, were cleaned out. Something the other contractor didn't do. He even showed me how to clean them myself. Turns out the other, quoted work wasn't needed. Trey also did not charge me even though I assumed I'd at least pay for him to take the time and do the consultation. I really appreciate Valley Plumbing's integrity, knowledge and honesty. I'd come to them and to Trey without hesitation for any plumbing work I needed and I'd know I'd be dealing with an honest and professional company.

Outstanding plumbing repair experience from start to finish. The technician (Kaiden Pitcher) arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and completed the repair with professionalism and attention to detail.
