MY ONLY REGRET IS THAT I CAN’T LEAVE A 10 STAR REVIEW FOR THESE GUYS! They are nothing short of amazing SUPERSTARS! First of all they were $2,000 less than their competitors. They showed up exactly on time. Their entire crew is clean, friendly and professional. They were done replacing our entire water line in less than four hours. They were super respectful of our home and cleaned up when they were done as nice as I would have done. We were amazed by how well they dealt with our urgent emergency. Our water is no longer leaking and all is well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS ❤️❤️❤️

My water heater went out and a friend recommended valley plumbing. They were fantastic. They were able to quickly assess the problem. Order the parts and get my water heater repaired. The price was reasonable. The service was excellent and every technician that came to my house was professional friendly and I would highly recommend valley plumbing to anyone.

Valley was very reponsive to my inquiry for plumbing services. They were communicative and fast. Dean was pleasant and informative. He evaluated the issue, explained it to me and quoted cost. It was on the high end of what I expected but he assured me that it was fair market price. He was kind and seemed trustworthy. He quickly took care of the job and processed my payment. He also recommended other maintenence and services that will help my plumbing function properly and efficiently. I will use Valley (Dean) again.

Taylor and Austin did a fantastic job for me. They were very professional and knowledgeable . I had more than one plumbing need. They explained what the issues/problems were and what options there were for repairs and replacement. They explained everything well, and I was able to choose options that I felt good about. Had a great experience with Valley Plumbing. They were easy to get in touch with, showed up when they said they would, and kept me updated the whole time. Communication was solid from start to finish, which I really appreciated. Dusty did the work for me and did an awesome job. He explained everything clearly, made sure I understood what was going on, and didn’t leave any questions unanswered. You can tell he cares about doing the job right. Awesome company! They came out the same day I called within 30 min just to look at it for free! No obligations or pressure. NICK was great! He was informative and gave me several different options. I ended up using their service and Nick did it in less than an hour. Got my hot water running again. It was a smooth transaction from this company. I recommend them 100%. Thank you valley plumbing!

I'll be honest, the guy was super nice but the price was outstandingly more than I thought I would spend for an install when I had all the stuff. We ran into a problem too which he couldn't help me with so the job was left unfinished (not his fault) but still super annoying, and he still charged me the full amount. So overall I was dissatisfied with the result.
