We had a sink valve fail. Called and Lisa was great. She had Jeff call us from the field. He responded within 30 mins and got us back up and running. Really great service. I have made plans to have them out again to replace the rest of the valves.
We had a plugged drain that we discovered late Friday night. We chose to wait to call Van Rooy until we got up Saturday morning. The answering service was courteous & professional. Duane called us back right away (less than 10 minutes). He told us he would be at our home in approx. 20 minutes, which he was! He was kind, courteous, and above all else, he was professional. He had us diagnosed and fixed in no time! We will forever be Van Rooy customers!
