We had a sink valve fail. Called and Lisa was great. She had Jeff call us from the field. He responded within 30 mins and got us back up and running. Really great service. I have made plans to have them out again to replace the rest of the valves.

We had a plugged drain that we discovered late Friday night. We chose to wait to call Van Rooy until we got up Saturday morning. The answering service was courteous & professional. Duane called us back right away (less than 10 minutes). He told us he would be at our home in approx. 20 minutes, which he was! He was kind, courteous, and above all else, he was professional. He had us diagnosed and fixed in no time! We will forever be Van Rooy customers!

Their man named Jeff came over and fixed all our kitchen with new valves and installed our new faucet. Excellent work and really a knowledgeable man. Very nice, polite and quick. These guys really are top notch. Thank you for the excellent service

Well they did it again! I called and got service within one day to fix an issue with my main water line. Kris was sent to my home and did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable and the quality of his work was exceptional. Another great representative from Van Rooy Plumbing. Customer for life! 10 months ago...Van Rooy Plumbing is absolutely fantastic. Service tech Brian was exceptional in his knowledge detail and professionalism. He should be recognized for his incredible customer service. I couldn't be happier don't go anywhere else.

From the very first call with the kind receptionist and prompt scheduling availability to Kris arriving during the estimated arrival times. He was very professional and explained what he was doing. Fixed the problem with our toilet which another plumber months ago couldn’t fix leading to high water bills. Thank you Van Rooy Plumbing, will be my family’s 1st choice moving forward!

Kris was very professional, routed the RO lines super clean, did a shelf mount for the RO system for me, and tested everything to make sure it was good to go! Cleaned up after himself and even stopped back by to test it again. Every time I’ve used Van Rooy plumbing it’s been a great experience!

Kris was absolutely amazing and so kind. He came out and completely redid work from another technician to get everything in working order. He even came out another time to check something for us and was still as nice as can be. Would highly recommend Kris (WITH A K) from Van Rooy.
