He tried using a 25-foot drain snake, but the clog was further down the line. He let me know they could come back the next morning with a longer, more powerful snake. Sure enough, they showed up as promised and were able to clear the blockage at 28 feet. Frank was friendly, professional, and shared helpful tips to keep my pipes flowing better in the future.
