I recently lost my spouse and it has been hard navigating with these large house issues and being able to trust a company. Dean came out and not only was he incredibly friendly. He did the job at an absolutely incredible rate and gave me outstanding warranties for everything and did not leave until he made sure I was happy and that I understood everything regarding my new water heater. I would use them time and time again and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. While he was here with his partner, they also fixed some things regarding the water heater that needed fixing and did it at no additional cost

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was punctual, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained everything thoroughly, completed the job efficiently, and left the area clean. Dean the owner of Vertical plumbing has installed a water heater, and just few days ago did a complete remodel of my two bathrooms. He did an Exceptional job. He was very professional and completed the my bathrooms ahead of schedule n turned out better than i imagined. Dean does great work and will definitely use him again when i need any plumbing or remodeling work done!! Chad T

I highly recommend Vertical Plumbing! Finding a good plumber is harder than finding a doctor! They were professional and clean. They gave me an estimate and actually came in less than the quote!! Amazing. It's hard to be comfortable with strangers coming in your home but these guys are honest and trustworthy. They identified the issue, explained what was needed and completed the work on time,, no excuses! On time, affordable, quality work!! A++
