I found a leak in my basement. The pipe was in a pretty tricky area, but Vince assured me that the problem would be resolved without difficulty. He quickly assessed the situation and offered a reasonable price. Since that first call, I have found him to be knowledgeable about other plumbing needs that concerned me. It was really easy to get an emergency appointment with Vince. We had a pipe freeze and burst in our garage on a Sunday evening. He answered the phone right away, asked the important questions, and scheduled an appointment for the repair the next morning. He really cares about his work and is clearly an experienced veteran of his craft. Fair price and no frills experience. We will be calling Vince for our future plumbing needs.

This morning, on Saturday, we went into our basement only to discover that our water heater was leaking. We reached out to Vince, who came out the same day to replace our water heater. He did a very thorough job, fixing previous shoddy work (e.g. attaching the cold and hot water pipes to the rafters, whereas they were just dangling before). Vince's price was very reasonable, especially considering the replacement was performed on a Saturday. Additionally, he tool the time to explain certain things about the water heater and to confirm the water pressure was still reasonable once the new water heater was running.
